A whole lotta stuff - that's exactly what you'll find here. It's kind of overwhelming and feels like you're a bull in a China shop; you break it you buy it. Think carefully curated cubicles of tchotchkes that you don't need. If you're a collector of things this might be just the place for you, if you've got the budget to spend freely. It was interesting but lacking in warmth. I was never greeted, but maybe that's because the staff are caretakers of others' belongings. Parking lot right out front with plenty of spaces. Large set of stairs to get into the front door. Two stories of finds. This place is absolutely massive. There is more glass items than I have ever seen in any other place. There are fireplaces throughout the store which provides a comfortable shopping experience. This is by far one of the most expansive thrifts stores I have come across. You may also find vintage items sprinkled throughout the store. They were having a massive sale on Christmas items as well. read more

Such a cute thrift store! It's huge with a TON of special knick knacks to look at-- I especially liked the glassware and earring selection. It is fun to see all of the different vendor booths. We spent 2 hrs just walking around and taking it all in. read more

As a vendor, we had several items go missing, never to be found. This was in a booth near the front desk with high visibility, and they weren't small items. The cost for a 6'x 3' space was outrageous and most of the items in the shop, which is extensive, ate the owners. The owners...well, let's just say they were off-putting from the get go. Especially the female. She was as fake as they come and we personally witnessed her yelling at staff in front of us and customers on multiple occasions. Then there's the 12% commission they charge, in addition to the space rent. This place might be great as a buyer, but horrible as a seller! read more

Lady in the front was very rude, and their items are overpriced garage sale quality at best.

I just found this place for the first time yesterday, actually went to the trouble of turning around to go back because the name and their sign peaked my curiosity. I could barely get past all the cool stuff on the porch, and when I opened the door, WOW!. What a great place. Chock full of fun vintage and crafty and funky finds. Just like the sign says. If you intend to browse the whole place upstairs and down, give yourself an hour or more. I found the gentleman at the desk to be very friendly. Some reviews about the place were so bad, I have no idea why. It's great stuff, not garage sale. OK, so it might be a little bit pricier than most "thrift" stores, but it's so nice and clean and neat it's worth a bit more to shop in a nicer atmosphere. Love love love!!! I'm not much of a "thrifter", as I prefer to get my bargains via clearance sections at regular stores. However, this is really because most thrift stores are filthy junk yards--filled with the types of folk who get a kick out of buying tired old furniture for way too much or a faded wooden sign with a snappy slogan. This place, though? Is awesome. Consignment is different in that it's quality, clean stuff as opposed to garbage someone dumped off at Goodwill donation center. While walking though I found no less than 100 items I would personally adorn my home with--and, being a minimalist, that means something. I will be back when I close on my house to buy buy buy! Note: There are tons of fabulous lamps here. Most are not for sale, unfortunately. I left my phone number for the owner, but she never called. :( read more

I was disgusted as I walk into space A18 to smell pot. It's legal but she was selling all young children's toys! Likely she stashed her pot in one of them. Her husband looked rather shady as well. The rest of the place was rather nice but avoid that stall with the potheads. read more

well let's try this, this place is a garage sale at one location. this is not what you would normally expect but here in Salem anything is possible this place is not worth a damn. forget trying to find any quality objects here at least the first time I was there is nothing here. they give the image that they're better than that but truly there lost. I walk the entire store upstairs and down and there maybe been 1 item I might have one to buy. this is just truly rehashed old junk store. with a fancy label on it. read more

I usually stop by about once a month to see what new things have been put out. /some vendors are really good about rotating items, while others seem to have the same things each time. I think the prices are a tad higher here than at other similar stores for the same items, however I've still managed to pick up a few items at for a good deal. read more

I love this place!!! However, it is dangerous to my wallet! It's a great place to pick up a gift, or find something amazing to add to your home decor. There are (I believe) 150+ individual vendors, which bring in a wide variety of items, with new items being brought in daily! You'll want to allow yourself some time to fully check out the store (both upstairs & down!) because there is lots to browse through! read more

I've never left a review on here before.. but after my visit to the Fussy Duck.. I feel compelled to. I visited the Fussy Duck after I heard they moved locations. Gotta say it... I was not impressed at all. First, their customer service was lacking. I guess I was expecting a "hello, how are you?" when I walked in the door with my daughter (especially since their parking lot was empty and Im assuming I was the only customer there), but instead the lady and gentleman who I believe is her husband didnt acknowledge us at all. Secondly, they had some cute stuff in there, however some spots were SO crammed full of items that my eyes didnt know where to land. It was a bit overwhelming... and not in a good way. Too much quantity and not enough quality. The front room looked to be nice stuff presumably purchased from gift-shows (and again, super crowded), however, the majority of the store seemed to be garage-sale quality. A few of the venders had some really cute items, but I was not impressed with 90% of the store or the prices. Obviously, nice location and nice building... but while walking through the store, the expression "lipstick on a pig" came to mind. I did, however, love the old truck by the side of the road.. nice touch! read more

I loved this store! Me and my fiance were traveling from CA and were passing through Salem. We decided to make a quick stop to check out the city and I looked for any shopping places to check out. I decided I wanted to check out this place because I was looking for decoration for my bedroom. When we walked in it was filled with SO much variety and various knick knacks. There were so much charming, classic, and vintage looking items. The place was huge and it seemed like it never ended. Whenever you turn a corner there was always something that caught your attention. It was hard not to be distracted by the next item in line. All the items were reasonably priced compared to other places that over charge you for the same items. My fiance was also impressed with their bathroom when he had to use it. He said it's the cleanest bathroom he's ever been too and he's finicky about public bathrooms. So if you desperately need to make a pit stop at the loo, choose this store also. read more
