The inside winds to the back and around the corner. Don't forget to make sure you explore all of the business while there. It's nice to see that Salem has something unique and you don't have to drive to Portland to find it. My eyes darted around the room at all of the interesting pieces of their collections. There was a hall filled with more antique sculptures, vases and artwork that led to their main room that was busting at the seams with years of collections, carefully organized. They had everything from Mid Century Modern lamps to Native and western art, books and photos, vintage mugs and glassware, clothing and toys, vases and chotskies galore. The sign out front was somewhat confusing, I didn't know whether I was walking into an antique shop or an appliance repair shop, but apparently its both. There was a washer and dryer for sale, but they were also being used to display vintage pieces for sale. I spent quite a while perusing the aisles, and found a few new Tiki cups to add to my collection, a nice orange planter and some vintage calendars from 1968 & 1972 full of colorful prints. I love finding clever one of a kind gifts, and am sure my friend will appreciate receiving a memento from the year of her birth.
