So this place is a little hidden and very cute on the outside and inside, hence the name Urban Oasis!!!! was extremely friendly and did an awesome job with cutting my hair and keeping me engaged in a conversation as she worked her magic. The best part of the cut was the shampoo!!!! OMG, I could go there every morning just for the shampoo. She massage my scalp to the extent of me almost falling asleep... WOW!!!! Caitlin did and awesome job and for a guy's cut for $25 was about average what I pay on a normal basis at the barber shop.

She takes her time and treats you royally so you never feel rushed. Additionally, it's cost-effective. I have a fuzzy bear face so I take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes and always feel bad if there are other customers waiting but Ritu always assures me it is all ok. Everything is chill and serene.

She needs about 10 minutes to prepare before we can start the massage. I'm not in a rush, so no problem. My 90 minute massage was cut down to probably about 75 minutes. When I confronted her about it, she did takeoff $10. But many people would not say anything at all. I found this to be unethical. The whole thing was rather disappointing.
