He had the issue diagnosed promptly and did a thorough inspection of all four tires. He is truly the example of what a model, service tech should be. Females beware. I…read morewalked into Discount Tire to get a simple nail removed from my tire. That's it. A nail. Not a new car. Not a full tire makeover. Instead, the associate immediately informed me I needed all four new tires. When I calmly explained that my tires still had plenty of tread, he confidently told me I was wrong. Apparently, my eyes and basic understanding of tire tread were no match for his sales pitch. I told him I was not interested in spending $1,200 for a full set and seemed visibly annoyed with me. So instead of removing the nail (the actual reason I was there), I left. Took my vehicle to a competitor and guess what?!? They removed the nail without theatrics and confirmed my tires are perfectly fine. Later had my oil changed at the dealership, and they also confirmed my tires are good. Funny how that works. I came in for a repair and got a sales lecture instead. If you're a woman walking in alone, be prepared to advocate for yourself OR just save yourself the headache and go somewhere that listens!!

Kind of hard to tell,…read moregiven the odd way the City of Greeley has handled the inter-inter-intersection of 23rd Avenue, Ninth Street (one-way), Tenth Street (one-way) and Tenth Street (two-way). Someone should talk to them about the lack of coherency and consistency in the quality of street-planning. Despite the confusion and the odd angle at which it is set, Debey's seems always to have plenty of customers. The number of returned customers alone tells us something about the quality of the work. Furthermore, I can vouch that the owner is not one of these types of mechanics that wishes a robot would deliver the vehicle to be repaired so he wouldn't ever have to talk to people. Martin Debey is a friendly fellow, doesn't make you wait an inordinate amount of time, and so far has priced his work competitively. (That means, they are not too expensive.) Also, if something doesn't quite work out, say a repair is made, but the vehicle still shows signs of the problem or of a problem that might be related, Mr. Debey doesn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and work on it again until the problem is solved. We've had better luck calling ahead and making an appointment. That probably makes their lives easier, too, as that way they don't have twice as many cars handed over for repairs on Friday as they do on Monday. All's fair in love and auto-mechanics. But you should still play fair in both places. Good work. ‼(SCAM) (SCAM) (SCAM) You are not desperate enough to bring…read moreyou car to Jay's I brought my 2013 Countryman s to get an oil leak fix after I got it diagnosed at Loveland Mini when they told me it was the rear main seal and the front crank case seal Jay's tells me that they will have to diagnose and charge me $250 to do so After a week they call me and tell me it's my oil pan gasket and immediately I know this is inaccurate but went ahead and paid $2400 for the repair 2 weeks later my car is dripping oil and I can smell it burning off the exhaust pipe I drop it off again and After one week they call me to tell me the oil pan gasket is still leaking even though it never was to begin with and they advise that the rear main seal needs to be replaced and it would be $3500 after I already shelled out $2400 for the none existent problem they supposedly fixed at that point I did some investigation and after reading all the reviews I finally got it They are a huge SCAM no sympathy for their customers they are out to get as much money out of people and SCAMMING at every chance they get Bottom line I'm out $2400 and my car is still not fixed Will not recommend to my worst enemy stay away and find a mom and pop shop wanting to make a living Jay's sucks Thank you for nothing (SCAMMERS) Even if they offer to fix my problem for free I wouldn't come back and now I will push to not even bring company vehicles in for anything from the company I work for let's see who loses more.

I got the estimate in a timely manner 30 minutes later after they spent the time looking into the specifics. When I arrived at the appointment the man at the desk was very friendly. Most importantly they were honest enough to tell me I don't need my drums and shoes replaced yet!!
