The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. Initial Call / Operator I called the office and a young lady answered. She was very pleasant, took all my information, and told me a technician would come out to provide a free quote within three hours. The price was fair, the repair was approved. Thats when everything went down hill. After installing the new garage door, I was informed they could not complete the installation due to needing an electrician. Not once during the inspection, quote or install that there was an issue with the electrical. Once I was informed of the electrical issues, the office insisted I needed to reach out to their technician to get information, since he never mentioned to the office that there was issues. After hiring an electrician to extend the electrical whip and wires 6 inches, and $750 later, and two weeks of coordination, they finally came back to finish the install. Literally the next day the door isn't working and had to call them back. After they didn't arrive for two days after they scheduled when they'd be there they showed up. Fast forward two weeks later and I was sent a bill for $650 to fix what their brand new install was supposed to resolve. There was no mention from their technicians that there were further issues, any "maintenance" needed. They claimed after the new install that maintenance was needed, now I'm second guessing the $4,600 I spent on the new opener was even necessary, let alone this additional $650 charge for two people to inspect and maintain after.
