Unfortunately, our garage opener continued to stall when we try to open it. We decided to use sunray based on reviews and quote which is much better than other quotes. The Liftmaster seems to rate well and he has it in stock. So far we've been very happy with it. I'm still trying to figure out the My Q app on my phone which will allow me to use my phone to open the garage.

A deposit was paid upfront, and I was quoted a two week turnaround. The door arrived over a month later--delayed, but I was patient and understanding. Upon installation, Jorge attempted to charge an additional $200 for removal of the old door, despite our original agreement. I declined this unexpected charge, and from that point forward, the problems began. Since installation, the garage door has consistently malfunctioned. Jorge returned to my property 4 times to address issues such as the door getting stuck and wheels falling off the track. Each time, the fixes were temporary. On August 23, 2025, the door failed again for the fifth time. I reached out and he initially responded, then stopped replying altogether. Due to the repeated failures and lack of resolution, I will now hire another company to assess and repair the installation. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, additional expense, and a clear breach of our agreement. I will be pursuing legal action to recover the costs incurred and hold Jorge accountable for the substandard workmanship and failure to honor the terms of our contract.

I cannot write in words how thrilled we are to have hired this company.
