**INITIAL REVIEW** I…read morecame across The Peach Cobbler Factory (which I will shorthand simply to Peach Cobbler, emphasizing the capital letters "P" and "C," for the remainder of this review) by happenstance. I was looking for some "real" food for dinner when I saw the moniker. I had to do a double-take to make sure I read it right. I mean, isn't the most common "factory" pertaining to food have the word "cheesecake" in front of it? Anyways, I just had to partake in Peach Cobbler, because I could always use and enjoy a decent peach cobbler. I am glad I went in. For a corporate chain, this locale for Peach Cobbler is pretty good. Though an address is provided, Peach Cobbler is located in the Stuart Centre, right next to Five & Below. If it helps out, a PDQ is right in front, too. On the outside, Peach Cobbler doesn't stand out from the rest of the businesses. It is just another business in a strip mall afterall. Ergo, you have to search by its moniker. Inside the place definitely fits its color scheme of light shades of peach and pink. The overly popular photo-op of green grass on the wall with either a popular quote or a parody of a popular quote in neon was used here, too. There are numerous flavors of peach cobbler, ranging from the traditionial to different fruits. I got to try an array of these peach cobblers, and though delicious in their own right, they kinda don't stand out. Just imagine peach cobbler with different fruit jellies on top. That is what you get. Once again, good, but nothing that really stands out. And let's not forget the price of said peach cobblers. Probably bougie to be eating gourmet peach cobblers in the first place, but I did not expect any less given the fact it is a "factory" last name restaurant. The staff, however, was very helpful, as they were patient detailing all the different kinds of food they had to serve. Besides peach cobblers, they have different flavors of banana puddings, cookies, brownies, churros, cinnamon sticks, cheesecakes in a cup, and much more decadent sweets. The cobbler shakes have got to be the epitome of gluttony and sugar-cravings if you ever had one. Ultimately, Peach Cobbler is a novelty restaruant to enjoy. Don't go here if you are wanting a fully-satisfying meal. Go here if you want a topper to your meal, one filled with a lot of sugar. As a result, I will give this locale for Peach Cobbler, three-out-of-five stars. They are just as good as others across the board, but they don't stand out from them, either.

If you like your desserts unapologetically indulgent and served with Southern flair, The Peach…read moreCobbler Factory will scratch that itch. My wife and I ordered four different items, because apparently restraint is for people without spoons. 1. Coconut Cream Pie Pudding Let's start with the star of the pudding lineup. This coconut cream pie pudding is stunning. Chewy and deeply coconutty in all the right ways. It's rich-really rich - still easily one of the best coconut desserts I've had locally. 2. The OG Banana Pudding Now, my wife adored this one. She inhaled it. I, however, found it aggressively sweet. It's thick, creamy, and full of nostalgia, but for me, it was too much. She gives it two thumbs up; I give it a polite pass. 3. Sweet Potato Pecan Cobbler If comfort food had a national anthem, this cobbler would be it. The sweet potatoes are tender but not mushy-perfect little cubes that soak up the cinnamon and nutmeg. The pecans are toasted to perfection, adding crunch without turning the whole thing into a sugar bomb. This is the dish I'd go back for multiple times a week. Off-the-charts delicious and the sweet potatoes are the star rather than sugar. 4. Blackberry Peach Cobbler My wife declared this her favorite, and I get it-the balance of tart blackberry and sweet peach is classic. For me, it was good, not great. Nothing offensive, just not life-changing like the sweet potato pecan. Still, it's beautifully made and absolutely worth a try if you're a fruit-forward dessert person. Final Verdict The Peach Cobbler Factory is serving serious dessert energy. Worth a try if you have a serious sweet tooth. 3 out of 4 things fell into "too sweet" for me but perfect for my wife. Coin toss!

The Peach Cobbler Factory - I took home two peach cobblers and two banana puddings. The former was apple and raspberry, the latter is traditional and raspberry.

I was only looking for a snack and got a small order of fries, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food I was provided for the price point. Judging by the food the other patrons got, everything looked to be just as good. I even got to try their new BBQ sauce which was very good and had a nice tangy flavor to it. The service I received was excellent and he took the time to answer all of my questions and to bring the food directly to me at the bar. If you're in the Fort Pierce/Port St. Lucie area and looking for somewhere to grab a bite I definitely suggest checking this food truck out! The schedule appears to be posted regularly on Facebook.

Very well organized and clean looking truck, but I wish Yelp had sensor round. . I ordered a steak and shrimp meal with no rice and double vegetables. My husband ordered a steak fried rice. Tax and tip dinner was $35. It was not happening there were lots of people watering and waiting. I really enjoyed the hibachi vegetables. The broccoli, carrots, onions, zucchini and mushrooms were delicious. The 5 large shrimp were very tasty. The steak chunks were just OK, at least the meat was lean. My husband enjoyed his fried rice. It was a small container of dipping sauce that was tasty. My husband wasn't crazy about the race, he said that the sauce saved it. If we were to order from them again we wouldn't get the steak no other race, actually a vegetarian meal would probably be delicious. OK

I was greeted very friendly after waiting in a 10 minute line. Everyone working on the food truck was extremely friendly and nice and very helpful. Anything I asked for they gave right to me. They were extremely busy and I was amazed by the service. I highly recommend it. I was looking online to see if they had an actual restaurant but did not find one. The prices were decent. Three egg rolls as an appetizer were $6 and the chicken hibachi meal that comes with fried rice and fresh vegetables was $15. I feel like the pricing was very fair as food trucks do charge more. The customer service was amazing and the food is great. I have no complaints
