Our in-house Landscape Architect will create a relationship with you where you are in control of every detail of your backyard get away. We custom design all of our Landscapes and Lawn Maintenance Packages to fit your every need, no matter how big or small. History

Established in 1997.

As a young Landscape Architect, Kenneth Noll and his wife Michelle had a dream that was inspired by European Castle Architecture to build a Garden Kingdom. They did just that by purchasing property in Glen Carbon, IL on a site with an existing grain silo. The silo was transformed into what is now a local landmark known as The Garden Kingdom Rook. Taking shape of a classic castle tower, the 100 foot rook overlooks the beautiful Village of Glen Carbon. Since opening, The Garden Kingdom has expanded tremendously as have the services and products offered. With a wide variety of gifts, candles, bird accessories and garden accessories, the on site gift shop offers a unique shopping experience for garden lovers. The garden center and nursery also offer a growing selection of trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials and tropicals. Landscaping quickly evolved into a full service professional design & build, landscape and lawn maintenance, christmas decor, snow removal and more.

Meet the Business Owner: Kenneth N.

Kenneth Noll is the Owner, President and Landscape Architect of The Garden Kingdom. With a degree from the University of Illinois and a member of the American Association of Landscape Architects, he is well qualified to create some of the best and most unique, working landscape designs. Ken is also an avid soccer player, as he has played his whole life and is still active in the sport as he is the President of the United States Deaf Soccer Association. As a hearing impaired player himself, he finds it important to expose the abilities of other impaired players and give them the opportunity to go big, such as playing in the Deaflympics. Ken's important roles don't stop there. He is also an active member in local chambers and other associations as well as a co-founder of The NSD development group.
