I was on my way home and wanted to pick up a quick just-cause gift for my partner. He is someone who likes Calla lilies and fortunately there was one left in shop. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We browsed the selection and I selected a few flowers I found pretty. The final product was just-right! Just-perfect. Just what I wanted. It was very affordable as well. The fact that I was able to custom create a small gift plus added a custom card, all for just over $20 was unmatched. I'd like to point out the beautiful paper that was used to wrap these flowers. It's so nice and elegant. So fancy. Inside the store you can find really funny and memorable gifts that are perfect for birthday gifts. They are all local artists as well. Highly recommend yall come and visit this cute shop! read more

But later she had told me she was going to be getting some if I was interested in picking some up! I just went to petals and bloom for the first time it's close to my house. The owner so freaking nice sweet knowledgeable helped me with everything I needed to get for a proposal rose petals and a bouquet. She was so helpful and sweet. We had a good little chat while she was getting things together. I was super comfortable. There was a girl helping her dark brown hair just as nice and amazing as the owner 100% recommend this place. They are awesome. I was texting back-and-forth with the person I was getting things for they did not mind one bit and we're just such a pleasure to work with go check out her shop. Great service, great selections and great prices, I used to think larger companies and chains were good for the consumer. Dealing with stores that have multiple locations usually meant better selections at much lower prices compared to your local/mom and pop stores. But boy was I wrong and my stance on that issue has done a complete 180 degree turn thanks to places like Petal and Blooms. Customer service is all but dead EXCEPT for in smaller businesses and family operated companies and the worse customer service is becoming the norm, the more I realized how important it is to a successful business especially in this day and age. If there's an issue or a question I want to talk to the owners or managers of the business I'm dealing with and that's definitely becoming important seeing how prices on EVERYTHING has gone up and continues to rise. Sorry for the tangent let me reel myself back in, Petal and Blooms does amazing work for a fair price with great customer service the entire process.
