My mother was super high maintenance, she showed up late the assistant stayed despite the fact that they had another wedding to start working on. All of my bridesmaids are the type that wear next to no make up, yet they were thrilled about the way they looked one of them even said "maybe I should wear make up more often." She even worked with my special request of needing rainbow eyeliner, that is not her normal she likes to make people look very very natural. I booked makeup services for myself and 7 girls for my wedding and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism at every point of the way. Tatiana was extremely unresponsive, changed the makeup schedule the week of the wedding, and reduced the time per client without consulting me. Then, the makeup artists were 40 min late on my wedding day, were unapologetic upon arrival, and ran so behind on each client that we had to shift the schedule for the entire wedding. Additionally, one of the artists was unlicensed and was unable to replicate simple soft glam looks. After trying to get touchups, three of my bridesmaids had to wipe their makeup off and redo it themselves. I shared this feedback with Tatiana, requesting a partial refund. She repeatedly refused, indicated her team performed the services in the contract and thus owed me nothing. I will be pursuing a refund in small claims court. AVOID this company however possible, they ruined my wedding and the customer service/professionalism was horribly lacking.

We spent 6+ hours together as she brought me from light brown (with some faded auburn dye) to a beautiful light blonde with a blended root. With anyone else it might have been a rough appointment, but she made it fun and relaxing from start to finish. My hair still feels healthy and she always suggests what will maintain my blonde, all while working with my budget. She takes feedback like a champ and makes it easy to come to her with any tweaks I might want to make. Most recently, she gave me this gorgeous layered cut with fox tips the same color as my natural root, and I am obsessed! The salon environment is also very nice and elevated. When the big day came and we had the details set from the beginning, everything came out looking even better. She specializes in a natural-but-enhanced look and really nailed it - I didn't feel or look like I was caked in makeup, I just looked like the absolute best version of myself! After deciding that I didn't want her to do my makeup but would still proceed with her services for my other family members, she canceled the contract herself. While she's technically not obligated to return the retainer fee, she told me she would -- but never did. That lack of follow-through was very disappointing and unprofessional. Also, be aware that her contract does not allow cancellations due to dissatisfaction within 60 days of your event, so if you're considering a trial, make sure to do it well in advance. I would not recommend her based on this experience.
