I asked if I could just pay as I go, like every other normal laser clinic, and they flat-out said no. They bragged about me being "approved for a good loan" and acted like $400 a month for laser is somehow normal. On top of that, they made an awkward comment about how high my credit score is, which was unprofessional and honestly just weird. And let's talk about the "free treatment" I chose for my underarms -- complete trash. I've had to shave three times since, including the same day I got home, because they missed so many hairs. Zero attention to detail. The free session with consultation was worth exactly that. Everyone I know pays under $200 for full-body laser and actually gets results. Milan Laser is overpriced, sloppy, and more focused on selling loans than doing their job. Honestly, you'd get better results buying a $10 razor at CVS.

You typically need about 10 treatments, every 5ish weeks, no sun exposure in that area so during the summer you may pause and pick treatment back up in the fall. Keep in mind if you end up pregnant your pregnancy hormones may fluctuate to the point of needing more treatment even after completing your initial 10 treatments, but with Milan you get life long treatments at no additional cost at any location. They can not treat any area with tattoos. You can not moisturize before going, you must have shaved that day too. Weird to actually follow through with because you're supposed to moisturize after exfoliating and shaving, but nope not in this instance. The ladies here are so kind!! Areas I chose: Full Face, Underarms and Brazil+ I have extremely dark coarse hair, and a lot of it. 1st Session: HURT SO BAD I was sobbing by the time we reached my bikini area. The armpits hurt, it smelled like popcorn, BO and burnt hair. The chin was the only spot that hurt on my face, which was understandable. The butt and bikini line(thigh) were unbearable and yet I was able to finish the session. Highly suggest multiple ibuprofens. After this session I saw SIGNIFICANT changes, literally only had to shave twice in my armpits (I didn't even realize I had hair there because it was just peach fuzz), three times for my chin and mustache, none for my sideburns, twice for my bikini and butt.
