I NEED A RECEIPT and they have now ghosted me. It may seem like a silly thing but to me it is necessary for reasons I shared with them at the time of booking. I have called and texted and have gotten ZERO response. I would not do business again with this company due to their broken promise. This may not be a big deal to THEM, but it is a big deal to me.
