Went to this place. He was nice, charged $75 to fix front window that air was whistling. Did not fix it was actually got worse and water started getting in. Called back said only option was to change out to new window, and since he already charged me to try and fix the 1st that I would get a discount of $175 for new window. Made appt two weeks in advance, the day comes and is not there. He apologized about forgetting appt. not happy. Said would call me Monday to reschedule never called. Went to different shop to get new window and was charged $170 and showed me the terrible job that was done with that glue just all over. I wish I would of taken pic. So I'm out $75 read more

He does not follow through. Doesn't show up. Takes money and does not finish job as promised. Totally blew an installation of a sliding glass door leaving it 2 inches short of meeting drywall. We paid him $3000. Every time he came he said he would be back to finish calking and insulating windows. Never did. He did complain a lot about a dash on a car he had broken and had to fix...................Just sayin. read more

Had my vehicle's windshield replaced by these guys through an audio shop a couple months ago. After the install, my windows remained cracked open an inch (tech taped a wadded paper towel on top of the windows to prevent being rolled up) for about 36 hours, and the vehicle was not driven for 4 days to ensure proper curing (I was overcautious). Approx 6 weeks after the install, I notice water leaking on the inside of the windshield after a hand wash (the 1st wash was over 2 weeks after the install). I contacted the audio shop who put me in touch with Johnny. Johnny blamed it on overpressure from closing the doors without even looking at it or asking a single question. He said I'd have to bring it in to his shop so he could "find the leak" and let it sit for 4 hours. I informed him that wasn't feasible and asked if he could do this in my driveway since 1) he is mobile and 2) I felt I shouldn't have to take a day off from work so someone could repair what they should have done right to begin with. He says no because I "don't have the right equipment" (aren't you mobile?), specifically a certain type of pressure washer (hose water works just fine for that big leak). I informed him that the molding was protruding from all around the windshield and he still cited overpressure from closing doors with windows up. I asked why it's happening 6 weeks later instead of immediately following the install and was met with silence. At this point I'm done with Johnny and go back to the audio shop for a solution. The audio shop apologized profusely and gave me a full refund, stating that they received a second complaint about a windshield install and they would not be using these services again. I took that money and went to a very reputable place that has several reviews all with a 5 star rating. The new place informed me that the windshield used was made in China and of poor quality. When he removed the molding, he said the molding literally disintegrated as he removed it. I asked what would cause that to happen, and he stated that most likely the original 14 year old molding was re-used (if it hadn't been re-used, that is an extremely cheap product). Either way, it's unacceptable. The new place had me in and out in 1 hour with American made glass (all top of the line parts) and a lifetime warranty. Oh, and it was about $60 cheaper than the 'work' I paid for from just windows. These are all the facts; I have photos of the protruding molding, windshield sealant left on the body of my vehicle and phone records of the dates/times I spoke with Just Windows for any doubters. read more

The tree removal company that I hired broke the window and JustWindows coordinated getting paid by the tree removal company directly in order to SAVE ME TIME and the hassle. Well I got no where with a few other companies that couldn't even give me an in home quote till next week until I found and Called John from Just Windows. I tried 3 times to set an appt and have my windshield repaired. After going to their address (google) twice and the guy not being there, I asked for a mobile repair. They wouldn't accommodate that and said to come to the shop (where they hadn't been) at 8am. After experiencing the guys at the tint shop, I decided to go elsewhere. Such a great custom experience! Johnny come out and gave me a quote to repair my broken sliding glass door on Tuesday and within two days had the glass ordered and ready to go. He came back today and installed it in 30 minutes. In addition, he also cleaned up the mess and went out of his way to make my sliding door and screen move more freely by making some adjustments to the track. Unfortunately it could not be zero stars, he repaired my windshield and ended up making it worse with a leaking sound while driving, I would take it in and he would make it seem as if i did something wrong and I took it to a professional instead to install new moldings that he had broke and he had also stopped responding to my calls. My windshield was $150 and my moldings came out to $200 which he had broke, he had also put the window way too close to the left side which caused the leaking air sound to come through because he had not done the job correctly, I took it to luxury tint and got it reinstalled by professionals if I could recommend any glass repair shop it would be luxury tint auto shop. And for the tint shop in Temecula it's a bad asset to have just windows as a partner there, it's not a good look for your shop having him there. He doesn't know what he's doing and isn't good at his job. And by the looks at his page I'm not the only customer he has wronged, if you read this before going to get a new window I would not recommend Just windows, I would 100% recommend Luxury Tint instead. read more

This guy is a joke! What a piece of work. Tinted my house and did a horrible job. When asked to come fix it, it took him 2 months. Once he did come back out he could no longer get the same tint he put on the first time. So I had to settle for a different tint color. Then it took him a month to install new tint. It still looks horrible and he wont stand behind his work no longer. He said,"I wont come back and fix it again because I lost money on your job;" That should say it all.
