We had Scott from TGP come to our home on a couple of occasions to prepare an estimate for impact replacement windows for our one story home in Jensen Beach. At the conclusion- just prior to writing a check I requested he provide us with a sample of the CGI aluminum window we were buys. The next day he dropped off a sample window/ but it was the more expensive PGT window. When I asked why he said not to worry @he was told their exactly the same." Any idiot know that's not true. I confirmed this with the owner of TGP (BILL) who apologized and confirmed they were not the same but as a sign of good faith he would provide the more expensive window for the exact same price as the original estimate. Unfortunately his generosity was short lived because several days later when we made arrangements to come in and sign papers and give them a check- oh we can't take your money because Bill needs to check out your house - their is a problem with the labor charge on your estimate... so much for any class. He never reached out to discuss the issue with me personally after I had previously met with him on two occasions. Instead he sent his wife and office manager to give us the news. Very nice guy but zero class. Unfortunately I do need to add a little bit more- if I haven't yet convinced you what a sleaze ball this owner is read on:) The Glass Professionals thanks for posting- your too funny- You complain that "he tried to pull a fast one""he tried to give me money""he pounded his fist. Keith couldn't have been nicer and was clearly an expert. We had a 'situation' at our home involving the installation of new tile in our Master Bath. Of course the best laid plans often go way out of spec, and in our case our shower door did not open.The crew from the Glass Professionals came out, took down our door, did their "MAJIC" in the shop and came back and rehung our door the same day. Repair work doesn't always go the way you plan, but in this case the door was removed, repaired and replaced in the same day and thankfully gave us back our shower. I could not have asked for or received more on time service and quality repair. The Professionalism of the crew was outstanding and I can only say that if more people had employees that were as neat and courteous as these two gentlemen, the world would be a better place. This is a company in which all other companies should be measured by. They are the bar of excellence, from start to finish. They are professional, punctual and so friendly to deal with. We had a home built in 1981 with crank-out casement Double-insulated windows and four of our windows were fogged. They came over, measured and when the windows came in they called the schedule the installation, showed up right on time with a call to say they were on their way. They removed the casements, replaced the double- pane glass, reassembled the casement and tuned up the cranks. Then they cleaned the windows and installation area to spotless perfection. Awesome. I highly recommend this outfit and will certainly call upon them in the future for new installation, replacements and tune-ups. read more

These guys are the best, from the sales staff, with the best prices around, to the installers who always arrived on time. They were pros on removing the old with no damage to installing the new and always cleaning up as they worked and left nothing behind. A couple of times when a looked the installer had a tool in one hand and the vacuum in the other to reduce the mess and dust he was creating. Even the city inspector spoke highly of their work. Had a sliding glass door installed in guest bath, door sits on bathtub edge. Very nice quality 3/8 " door and the two technicians, Mike & Taylor, were excellent too work with. They were careful in protecting our property and accommodating in making some final adjustments. They showed pride in their workmanship, which seems to be a vanishing quality. Shortly after posting my previous negative review, the owner of Glass Professionals, Bill, reached out to me about the problem I had with one of their salesmen. Bill was very nice, polite, and courteous. After listening to me, we've been working together to resolve the issues I mentioned in my previous review. He has spoken to the salesman, he has apologized for that salesman's behavior, and he has assured me that Glass Professionals do not accept that type of behavior from their employees. In turn, I asked Bill, as the owner, to please re-quote the project of replacing several impact glass French doors. He has sent me a new quote, with everything broken down so I can see the cost of each item, the cost of installation, and tax. I still have a few questions for Bill, and I know we're headed in the right direction to get this project taken care of.
