What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. I was happy with the location of my room because it was close to the entrance. I could park nearby and it was easy to load and unload my car. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was so tiny and the toilet was positioned right in front of the mirror so you had to either position yourself on one side of the toilet really close to the counter or you stood to the right of the toilet, but far from the counter. The shower door had a gap so the water leaked from the shower onto the floor. It is just a matter of time before the flooring will warp because of this water. The bed was okay. I wish they had firmer pillows The hotel is located behind an In-N-Out. I thought this would be cool cause I could just easily walk to In-N-Out for food. However, it was so crowded with people going through the drive-thru and people hanging out in the parking lot behind it. The hotel is located at McCarthy Ranch, which has numerous restaurants both sit down and fast food and shop. This usually meant that the area was pretty busy. As far as Hiltons go, this wasn't the best. I was hoping that the location would make up for it, but it actually worked against it.

So there's nothing I can do at this point but deal with the bad free internet. Not only can I not use the free internet for simple Google Meet calls, but even if I try pay them more money to upgrade, I can't. I'll also add that I booked a room through the app earlier and when I arrived, they had assigned me a different room. I booked that room specifically because it was a quieter location for my anxious dog but instead, we are now right next to the elevator and stairs.

We submitted a catering quote request, and to our surprise, Richard called to discuss it. Unfortunately, the call was not the kind of interaction you'd hope for when trying to plan an event. It left us wondering--why is Richard the one calling back customers instead of Minh? I'm writing this in the hopes that Minh will reach out to me directly with a contact number so we can move forward and work with Aloha Catering. Otherwise, we'll need to start exploring other catering options. I will update this review once I hear back from Minh.
