Additionally I live out of state and am visiting family in the area so I won't be using their services regularly but Tara took notes on how I liked my brows done so when I come back in the future it'll be done to my preference! Amber is an artist. Until yesterday, I had only gone to Amber for my brows. Yesterday I had a facial. It was amazing. My skin looks today. I'm rocking the no make up look. Time before last I had the same pregnant provider another reviewer mentioned that barely touched my skin. On Saturday I drove from Goodyear for my appointment to see another new provider, Alyssa. Alyssa was hostile, rude and made me feel very unwelcome at one point asking me "Are you good?" When I was trying to explain to her my experience since returning to services had been inconsistent and hadn't met my expectations. She was so argumentative and had such a poor, antagonistic attitude I couldn't trust her with my skin so I left without receiving services and immediately cancelled my membership. I feel like the laser facials had been helping my skin, so I'm sad that I was forced to cancel, but I won't take my business somewhere where it's not valued and where I am made to feel like expecting a complete service is a problem--like I'm asking too much. My money is better spent elsewhere.

She performed a hydro facial and did some other great things to my skin. I was glowing for days and did NOT get dry and flaky. She suggested a serum to help with my redness on the cheeks and I am one month in and it's actually working! I am returning in a few weeks to see her again for another treatment. As we get older we have to undo all that we've done to our face and I am so glad I was referred to McKenzie at Define Beauty!

The numbing cream was only left on for about 10 minutes, and when the treatment started, I still felt a lot of pain, which made me feel like the products or timing were not great. The actual microneedling itself was very short, maybe around 10 minutes, and she did not even cover my entire face, even though I expected a more thorough session. On top of that, she spent a big portion of the appointment pushing product packages and a membership instead of focusing on the treatment I was already there for. The attitude and overall customer service did not feel professional or caring. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
