When I went to follow up with her the day before that I hadn't received the email asking for the $50 deposit, she very casually said "I never got your money, so I gave away your appointment." When I showed her the screenshot of our texts that showed that I, in fact, provided her with the info to bill me, all she said was "oops, I never got your text. The best I can do is reschedule" and the next available appointment was one month later! No, "I'm sorry I can make this right by staying late one night to accommodate you" No "I can give you 10% off your next service to me" no attempt whatsoever to make it better. She must feel very confident that her client list is strong and going to last forever. My business clearly was not wanted.
