Our daughter's previous preschool was wonderful, but sadly they closed this past summer, and we…read morereceived late notice which left lots of parents scrambling to find a preschool last minute. Melissa at Concord Road found this out and did her best to accommodate all the kiddos, how nice is that? My daughter has been attending preschool at Concord Road for just a few months now, and she loves it! The classrooms are very small, only 8 kids in her class. There's lots of staff, resources, and everyone is on top of things. The building and playground are in excellent shape, and my girl is learning so much! Not to mention, tuition is very reasonable. We're so grateful that we've found this gem of a preschool

My son has gone to preschool here for 2 years and I could give this place 10 stars I would. The…read moreteachers are nothing short of amazing with the kids, many of them former teachers in private and Williamson County schools, and it is visible that they love the children and helping them learn in fun, creative ways. They have tons of active learning and fun activities with visits from the fire department, people who show them how to make apple cider from a press, guest story tellers, Halloween parades and trunk or treat, they have their own pumpkin patch, "friendship feasts" at Thanksgiving, breakfast with Santa, "career dress up days", way too many more to list! They have an annual program where they teach the kids songs and dances and the teacher even handmade their costumes. Then they provided each family a DVD of the whole thing so you don't have to crawl over parents to get a blurry video. My son comes home every single day with creative art work that is cute enough you want to frame it. He has learned his letters and numbers in fun ways like saying them while jumping on a mini trampoline and they spend as much time teaching them how to be good friends and respectful little people as school work. The teachers send home folders daily with specifics on what they did and learned that day and what they plan to do that week with reminders of any upcoming dates (and remind you of anything needed via email also). Communication is top notch, they will even let you know if your child is having a great day by texting a photo or if they had a hard morning, they will text you when they are all good (usually about 5 min after you leave!) From pick up and drop off to the order of the day it is a fine tuned machine. I was amazed today at the parade of how all the kids line up, use manners, and look so happy to be there. The classes are small (usually 4-6 kids) so they have lots of one on one attention and little friends they get to know and play with. It's really a special place for your little one to grow and learn and everything I ever hoped for in a preschool and a hundred times more. The tuition is more than affordable, especially for the attention and learning and genuinely caring teachers the kids get each day they are there. There are some great preschool programs in the area, but this place is one of a kind.

They didn't change my daughter's clothes for half of a day. She were came back wearing dirty clothes. Of course, It was make me very angry when I saw her clothes like that... The next day, when I sent her to the school, I couldn't help but be angry. They didn't feel guilty at all, but they also shirked their responsibility, what hell the kind of school like that? They all only care about money. They were Careless how uncomfortable the children are in dirty vomiting clothes on... Because we have just moved herefrom other states, can't find a kindergarten near here in the short time, too bad, we have no other option to choose this school. I suggest to anyone never send your children to this shit school .

There is a reason this was the only daycare in Davidson and Williamson county with an immediate…read morespot open, no waitlist. Save yourself and your child the heartache and do not bring your children here!! They accepted our 1 year old baby who has been in daycare since he was 4 months and attends church nursery regularly - all without one mention of any type of problem. Ever. He started at this school Monday. Within *one hour* of dropping him off we got a call saying we needed to come right away and pick up our baby because he bit someone. When we got there they had all of his things packed and said he was kicked out. We asked to see the video camera footage because we were so shocked he would bite anyone when he has never done that before. They refused to show us any footage. They said it was against privacy rules - which is a lie, and in previous reviews you can read how they did show footage to other families. Only showing us a cell phone photo of the "bite". The photo was of a child wearing shorts - when none of the other children in his class had on shorts that day because it was cold that morning. I'm not saying it's impossible he bit someone, all babies do at some point. It's normal. But what is unbelievable is that he would bite someone and they would kick him out within 1 hour, the very first day. It seems like they just didn't want him there for some reason. I'm glad this happened because my mom intuition was going off, and this was not a good place for my child. Our baby has never cried when dropped off at school, babysitters, church, anywhere. At this school he cried and he was still crying when we got there an hour later once he was kicked out. We are concerned that he was inappropriately punished and we don't know that he wasn't mistreated after this "incident" since they won't show us the footage of what actually happened Also, this facility falsifies documents. They never had us sign our child in/out that day. Then We got a notification on their app that someone changed his wet diaper at 10:15am, with teacher initials next to it - he left the school before 10am. Furthermore, they forged my husbands signatures on enrollment paperwork with an electronic time stamp on 3/22 when my child was expelled from the school on 3/21, so we were not even there or enrolled on that date. Save yourself and your child the emotional distress and please STAY AWAY from this place.
