From the director who is kind, personal, and wonderful, the admin staff are amazing coming up with creative ways to celebrate and teach, the staff always having a smile and hello when you pass, and of course the teachers. The teachers are what any parent is looking for for their children. The amount of effort and skill that goes into the daily learning is incredible. My 5 year old is in Ms Kim and Ms Maria's class, she has grown so much in a year. She just scored 99 %tile on the state testing and the knowledge she teaches us at dinner is beyond her years. She's leaving pre K knowing how to read, write, addition/subtraction. My other one is in Ms Marisol and Ms Teresitas 2's class and learning so much. I highly recommend this daycare for anyone questioning it. I highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

From day one, the staff at Learn and Grow have treated my daughter like family. You can genuinely feel how much they love and care for the children. My daughter wants to be there, which says everything. She attended VPK at Learn and Grow and was well-prepared and confident going into kindergarten, starting right on level. Now that she attends Buckhorn Elementary, I love knowing she has a fun, nurturing place to go after school instead of being stuck in a cafeteria. It gives her something to look forward to every day. I am beyond grateful for the care, dedication, and love the Learn and Grow team shows. They've made a lasting impact on our lives, and I can't recommend them enough.

All the teachers but the one with the glasses and the sweet Cuban lady seem to hate their jobs. My daughter's teacher was inherently lazy; and I caught her several times SCREAMING and cussing out my two year old. When I brought up the problems to the owner, she made a ton of excuses. We had some verbal sparring over the phone; and after I made SEVERAL reports to both the health department AND Hillsborough county, she told me to leave. I had already moved my daughter, so. If you research (which I wish I had done before) there have actually been a ton of complaints filed here over the years. It's obvious the owners are only in it for the money. They don't do a lot of projects with the kids, the food is crap, and everything is incredibly old and dirty. Any time you bring up problems, you get a ton of attitude. One time, I caught a staff member spraying bleach water next to my kid, and I asked her to stop and I got yelled at for it? So I brought it up to the owner and she said it wasn't bleach. It was labeled bleach water and I know what bleach smells like! I was told that my daughter had to wear shorts under her dresses or skirts because "the little boys in the class are curious" where TF are the teachers if the little boys have time to do that? My daughter shouldn't have to change what she wears because the teachers aren't doing their jobs. In addition, I've walked in several times and the kids were by themselves and the teacher was nowhere in sight! Stay away from this place; I wish I had never subjected my daughter to it. I hope it gets shut down.

The staff is tenured, loving, and really know how to engage the kids and genuinely care about them. Any interactions with the administration team have been very professional and pleasant. I know my daughter will be very prepared for Kindergarten after VPK! They served my son juice and outdoor water from the fountain on the playground. I was shocked when one told me 'the teachers know where the blind spots are for cameras' and shared a couple incidents where children have been left outside accidentally, there have been physical altercations, and more. There were also 2 parents I spoke with. Apparently, even in the Florida heat - kids don't get offered water through out the day? That's just crazy. When I called peacocks plume to rescind my application due to neg reviews I've seen, she didn't seem to mind. Just to hold a spot you have to pay 150$ - no refunds. We were toured by a former student as well. She helped us feel really at ease about their program. First day was very nervous, as expected. That was the last time we were nervous. The staff is SO unbelievable there. We couldn't have asked for a better place to keep him. Even when we moved 30 minutes away, we still kept him at the school for as long as we could. We love Childrens Academy and everything they stand for!

They have a full kitchen everything is close circuit monitored and all the doors are electric key code accessed. Very secure no one gets in or out easily or without being documented. Drop off here was pretty convenient Electric sign in and sign out with cubbies for each kid for their personal belongings. We used this preschool for a time and it was convenient for my older child to be picked up at the elementary school and walked over until I was able to pick up both of them. The playgrounds are newer and well-maintained and care for brightly colored lots of engaging toys all age-appropriate for enrichment and development. Another great feature they have a full kitchen and all meals are prepared on site so the kids can have hot fresh lunches.
