It didn't take long to get through the line and I could tell how genuine and personable the staff were with each customer. When it was my turn, I explained what I needed, and the gentleman said that I don't need to waste my money and he gave me some steps to do to charge the watch back up again. I took my Granny's ring to a small repair shop to have it sized. I thought this was a simple enough task. I got the ring back and noticed it was still a little tight but thought I must have misjudged the size when I requested. Fast forward to a year later, the bottom on the band was cracked, and the facets were completely useless leaving 4 diamonds about to fall out of the only truly expensive gift I ever knew my papa to give to my granny. I was sick! Grogans did a quality fix and brought the ring back to life. I know now that my family heirloom will hold up for many many many years to come. They were quick and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely come back for any additional repairs I have or when purchasing any fine jewelry.
