Even though they arrived on time, they were not able to start serving beverages due to poor organization and not having their supplies ready. Shalondra hid the bar menu, and when asked about it, she said she wasn't ready and could not serve cocktails yet. We ended up with long lines at each of our 3 bars because they were slow and overwhelmed. They were supposed to serve for 4 hours and bring enough cups for the same. Yet, they ran out of cups within 1.5 hours, along with ice. At that point, one of the bartenders entirely abandoned her bar and left the party to go get more supplies. Shalondra was rude and defensive and made a scene in front of our guests. At the end of the party, she did not check with the planner and all 3 bars were left trashed and dirty. They did not clean up after themselves. Do NOT hire this company if you want your guests to have a pleasant experience.

They had a cute little bar setup with a couple signature cocktails: * Mistletoe 75 - gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, champagne, lemon twist * Jingle Mule - vodka, cranberry juice, ginger beer, fresh lime, cranberries and lime wheel I tried both drinks and they were well made and tasty. There were two bartenders and they were friendly. My wife and I asked if they could make other cocktails (e.g., margaritas, martinis, Old Fashioneds), but they could not.
