I just called the drop off location and the person who answered (Brandon) the phone was completely rude. Told me he has no clue what I want him to do. I was then told it was my fault for not asking for a receipt. He laughed over the phone and said he has no clue what I even want from him. Said system was old and left me on hold for 30 mins... Definitely reported this drop off location to Fedex, he's very careless with packages and doesn't care at all about customers.
