    Rik overpriced a purchase I made. Not the most trustworthy vendor. A few other friends of mine also have gotten overpriced purchases.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. This is why:…read more 1. After paying the rolling fee which was definitely over $70 for a live scan a little over a month ago I found out it was never processed. I called them to see what happened, but it turns out their number is a personal number? The person who answered was a man who said he was driving his kids to school and couldn't talk, but to check the DOJ website-- very unprofessional. 2. After following his advice by checking the DOJ website, it prompted me to check with the agency that requested the background check (Postal Annex). I called back and he simply said "you have to help yourself." and hung up. Both times he was very defensive as if I was accusing him of something-- very sketchy. EDIT: So the owner was quick to respond to this review, but can't help me or at least respond in a professional manner on the phone. Instead he chose to lie and gaslight me in his reply to my review. I called them four times trying to reconcile the issue-- attached are pictures to prove it (the longest call being 1 minute because he was quick to dismiss my concerns and to hang up on me). So I will not be called a liar by someone who likes playing victim and villain at the same time. I will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau and to the IRS for fraud and scam. Do not go here.

    "Happy Returns" via UPS…read more When you want to return items at a UPS, many UPS stores are not at conveniently ample parking locations. This one is thank the maker! Located in the Target / Costco center I was returning items to Shein via UPS WHAT WORKED WELL 1. Returns can be done at any UPS Store, which is convenient. 2. This specific UPS location was excellent: fast service, helpful staff, and no unnecessary complications. 3. The process was efficient and well-organized. 4. Employees clearly knew what they were doing. 5. Plentiful parking made it easy to get in and out quickly. HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS 1. Each item must be placed back in its original Shein bag. 2. At the UPS Store, staff scan each item individually using the barcode attached to the return. 3. You receive a printed receipt with all return details for your records. 4. The entire process was quick and straightforward. 5. UPS will recycle your box or you can take it home WHAT DID NOT WORK 1. Unlike Amazon, SHEIN does not issue an immediate credit after the return is processed. 2. The delayed refund experience is the main reason 3. I will not continue shopping with SHEIN, despite the easy return logistics. OVERALL I would return items at this UPS Store including other future shipping needs due to the smooth experience and professional staff. "Efficiency is more than speed, it's follow-through."

    I have been using this location due to the convenience factor... until today. I received a call on…read more11/10/25 around 2:00 p.m. from Berlin, who works the counter at this location. Berlin's message was simply saying I have a package to be picked up. AT NO TIME DID SHE TELL ME IT HAD TO BE PICKED UP THAT DAY BY 5:00 P.M. As I was not available to call or pick up package within her time frame, I arrived at the store at 9:00 a.m. on 11/11/25 to pick up the package which were legal documents and a key required for a morning meeting on 11/12/25. When I arrived, I was told my package was returned to FEDEX since I did not pick up the package when they had called. Although the store is open until 6:00 p.m. I learned the package was returned at 5:00 p.m., so had stopped in the day they called, coming in after 5:00 p.m. the package would have ALREADY been returned. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on Berlin's behalf. While I do not have a box there, Berlin should have had used common sense and inform me if I did not pick up the package by 5:00 p.m., it would be returned. But again, her voicemail simply said to pick up the package; they were opened until 6:00 p.m. Of course when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told Vera would not be in until later in the week. My number was left; it will be interesting to see if I receive a return call. Due to the lack of customer service and the incompetence of Berlin, I will again be using the other FEDEX location in Fallbrook located in the Major Market shopping center. I've used their services in the past with any issues and was always very satisfied. It's a bit farther, but it is worth the drive time to deal with someone who uses common sense. The closer proximity of the other location (In the same center as Northgate Market.) is NOT worth the incompetence.

Total…read moreincompetence . again very sad to report , I went to the shop to have some copies made and send off important documents to my CC company , Pre-addressed I inserted my copies and asked for the postage amount , I was told 2oz and a 97 cent stamp was affixed to my 9 x 12 envelope. When I was billed I was surprised to learn of a 53 cent surcharge for the convince stamp = Had that been disclosed I would not have purchased it there as my intention was to run it to the Post Office for a quick departure . I arrived at the Post Office and brought my parcel to the counter to obtain a receipt = The Postal Worker informed me that the envelope had insufficient postage and I need to pay a additional 80 cents due to the large envelope. I paid and sent my envelope off to the CC company I returned to Goin Postal and explained what had transpired = The person there said they needed to contact the manager (?) I said not only did you not disclose the surcharge at your place but you gave me the wrong amount for postage - The worker at the USPS counter said it would have been better than 50% chance the envelope would have been returned (which would have been a disaster) Having been in retail for a lifetime I know what I would have done - Admit the magnitude of your mistakes and make a honest attempt to satisfy the situation -- Instead I was told we can do nothing for some convoluted reason - NO BUENO Total incomparable / No supervision need to think twice before trusting them again !
