Scheduling for a phone repair with them online was easy, but once…read moreyou get there they have no idea what's going on. 3 Guys working there, one can't find a massive battery that's right in front of him, one is either too high or too tired to care and the only guy who appears competent is too busy stocking air fresheners to help and quips that they don't use the online scheduler. They don't read any comments or anything that was scheduled, I have to explain to them what was wrong, so I had to diagnose it for them. They blame T-Mobile for the scheduling issue until I point out I scheduled with them specifically on their website. He wanders in the back to eventually come back saying the screen is a special order and I'd need to reschedule with them. I left. The incompetency all around the whole shop shows me I shouldn't trust them to replace a screen even if I did reschedule with them. If corporate is forcing the online scheduler, then corporate is failing. If they can't figure out anything to do with an online scheduler then how are they capable to repair phones?
