He is knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and listens to my concerns and questions. He always explains things clearly. There are not accurate words to express my appreciation for his warm, gentle, and reassuring manner. Mary Brawn, Dr. Sczublewski's nurse, has returned to work post taking care of a grandchild . I was so happy to see her today because I missed her. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She makes patients feel comfortable with her warmth and professionalism. I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Haschultz at the Park Nicolette facility in Shakopee, MN. if there is one thing I know almost immediately about people, is if they CARE about what they do and if you can count on them giving their BEST efforts. In about 65 minutes, he basically knew my medical history and set me up with 4 different specialists. Ortho / Gastro / Cardio / Pain. I actually was contacted by 3/4 via text before leaving this appointment, and the fourth early this morning! In my somewhat educated opinion -- you simply cannot do a better job than Dr Haschultz did and everyone else I met was very cordial and professional also. Are you sick right now? Don't bother calling, no one's available. Did you finally get in but need lab work? They now use Quest Diagnostics. Despite have 3 times the lab staff that they had when they were independent, you will have an unacceptable wait time. Quest will then ask for your insurance information ( which you just gave to the front desk). Two days later you will receive a bill directly from Quest telling you that payment is due NOW despite them not submitting it to your insurance. The doctors and office staff are wonderful but Allina has truly made this a nightmare experience!

After asking everyone we know with kids and doing endless research online, we selected New Kingdom and set an appointment with Dr. Reed. The nursing staff that came in to take vitals were great and knowledgeable. They were friendly as well, making us feel very welcome. The Dr Reed came in. She was fantastic. She has a wealth of knowledge of pediatrics and has years of experience and has seen it all. She would talk about how some current trend started years ago and replaced another trend that came out of another trend. We talked about a range of topics and she answered all of our questions with ease and she was very present with us - she did not at all appear as though we were annoying her or driving her crazy with all of our new parent questions. The office staff was great here, too. I highly recommend this practice.

She asked a lot of questions to understand what was going on. Gives holistic approaches to things. They are very popular (Albertville) and you usually have about a month out to get an appointment so keep that in mind. Check with your insurance to see if they are in network as well. They recently moved into a new facility so it was fairly cold in the rooms while they work on the HVAC.
