No one reached out letting me know this was canceled! Additionally the person who was there said the trainer was at someone's home to do the evaluation and all evals take place at the home. Plus I should've received an email to confirm the appt. Well none of this was explained on the initial call and neither did anyone ask for my email or address for that matter. I was told to write my info down and someone would contact me. Well that was about a month ago. Poor communication upfront could only mean potential issues going forward.
