We ended up solving 2/3 of the puzzles and they were quite challenging! I will say it may have been even more enjoyable with less people around. We understand that it's an interactive experience for all so we didn't mind waiting. But it did slow down a bit of our excitement to solve a puzzle. Then Plato sells them to the public at a profit. Right? We dropped off a hefty bag full of clothing, some things worn a dozen times, maybe. Some things never worn. Two pairs of ladies heels brand new in the box. After a half hour of lunch we receive a text they have finished appraising. Nothing. We don't want any of it. Mrs. E then explains that even if you gave us two bucks a pair for the heels, they retail around $100 each you could easily get $50. Still nothing. So it looks like we think of something different or the good folks at Volunteers of America are getting good stuff. Is it not a store for Boomers? Or is it that the purchaser was around 20 years old...and it's not a store for boomers? Either way. It was a waste of our time. They seem to have quite the selection in used clothing. Not very good quality stuff and marked-up a bit too high. Ladies were all nice enough. All-in-all I give them a two. 09/24

I get that each drop off takes time to go…read morethrough in order to get an estimated worth.. but don't tell a customer to come back around a certain time only to still have to wait an additional 40 minutes!!!! Dropped off clothes at 2p Saturday; employee said it would take 1 1/2 hrs ...left to do errands and came back by 3:45p....was told my drop off not ready and when I asked how much longer was told 45min to an hour!!! Took my stuff back and will have to try a different location or unfortunately came back to this one since there aren't a lot of Plato's Closet around.
