Up front is the sales gallery. Didn't stay long, because we were in for cleaning, but there were a lot of options and the ones I saw were really lovely. Head round the back for cleaning. Pull right up to the door for load and unload. I went twice and there was a line both times! I never considered how many people here have area rugs for cleaning. They'll do all sizes. It takes about 2 weeks to turn around (not entirely certain why people are surprised by this....). If you drop your rugs off, you get 20% off the standard price. If you don't have a big enough vehicle, they'll do pick up and drop off for you, but aren't available same day. They offer several levels of cleaning depending on how clean/dirty you think your rugs are. Drop off and pick up were quick. I haven't unrolled the rugs yet (packed for moving), but I was pleased with the process, and, frankly, impressed with the size of the operation.

They removed tough, old stains that had been in our carpet for years, stains that multiple other companies couldn't get out. They literally saved our accent chair from being tossed to the curb, and somehow managed to bring our six upholstered dining chairs back to life, each one had 20+ stains thanks to years of kids' craft projects. I didn't think it was possible, but they made them look amazing! We can't recommend Moose and Ta enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! For these to be seasonal items, they dominated a good portion of the store. The trees were beautiful, the lights were plentiful, and the additional assortments were both unique and charming. Something was done incorrectly. The last time the worker argued with me when I said I didn't like how something looked that he was supposed to repair. Communication with Rite rug is just apologies. I've had to call each time to see when they would come out to try and finish. First time out they didn't have shoe and two of the doorway pieces was put in incorrectly. Second time out they didn't have the shoe to replace the kitchen part. They only had the shoe for the family room and hallways. I also offered to remove items so he could put down the family room shoe and he declined. Later I found that he tried moving it himself and scratched multiple planks. Third crew out replaced the planks with scratches and did a half job on the kitchen shoe. Very disorganized in regard to Rite rug employees I spoke with and the crews. Will never use again and I make sure to let others know to avoid as well.

Rite Rug came in and the workers cut the linoleum outside and brought it in to install. After they left my Aunt and Uncle went downstairs to start putting things back and place and immediately noticed the linoleum had been cut quite short. Even after hanging up the trim, there was still about 2 cm cap all the way around the room. She called Rite Rug to complain and they did absolutely NOTHING about it, no discount, and did not come and correct. My Aunt and Uncle are almost 80 years old and I believe both are showing signs of dementia so after she hung up the phone she forgot about it. They were supposed to get back with her and never did. It is disgusting when businesses takes advance of good elderly people.

Every item I purchased from there I have received multiple compliments from and are sure to become family heirlooms. I stopped in again today just wanting to see what it was like when not in full Christmas mode. Same friendly, helpful staff. Still super cute with lots of tempting decor items. Wide range of price points... something for everyone. They have a few pieces of repurposed furniture that has been redone in a shabby chic fashion using chalk paint. They also sell the full line of chalk paint... which I will be back to purchase once I figure out what direction I was to take my repurposing items in. Today half the store was closed as it will become their dedicated Christmas section. Come back Nov 7th and be the first to browse the new merchandise!
