I had never heard of this place, prior to my wife having me drive there. We were shopping for Christmas display items and I must say, I was very impressed with their inventory. For these to be seasonal items, they dominated a good portion of the store. The trees were beautiful, the lights were plentiful, and the additional assortments were both unique and charming. I saw a great outdoor display that will be great for making video greetings. Unfortunately, it's not in this year's budget. I'll definitely have to get it next year. i'd give a zero if i could. i had bought a small stool to use in front of a make-up table. It broke down after just about a year or so of use. And i do not weigh 200 lbs!! Junk Chinese junk if you ask me. i ended up junking it and buying a solid Amish-built one to use there. After this i will not shop there as there's another store with a name similar to this that carries far better quality items. read more

I am new to this store, having only shopped at the store on Gemini Pl near Polaris Parkway. What a difference! First, so many shelves were empty, which made the store look more like a Sam's Club warehouse. Second, there were five-gallon buckets everywhere catching the drips from the leaking roof. Very disappointed with my recent experience with the At Home Store located at 6060 E Main St in Columbus Ohio. They have items marked as clearance, due to the item being a display. However, that's not the item they sell you. I expressed interest in the item to an employee named Lilly and inquired about the marked down price. Once she gave me the price, I put the item in my cart to continue my shopping. I get to the register only to be told that Lilly brought a boxed item from the back for me to purchase and I am unable to purchase the item I have in my cart?? What made the item appealing for me to buy was it being an already assembled, display clearance item. The nice cashier advised me to speak to the Manager regarding the issue. I speak to the Manager Chantel who was rude and disinterested, I immediately took that item out my cart and I did not purchase it. However, I made other purchases I plan to return. Due to trick advertising/bait and switch, and very poor customer service I don't want to spend my money there. read more

This store has just about everything you would need to decorate your home inside and out! We've been looking for a small fountain for the back yard and At Home had one that we really liked but we decided to wait. Well, if you've heard you should buy it if you like it, I did not, and it was sold out when we went a couple of weeks later!! Someday I'll listen to my own advice! This place is the best home out there I shop there a couple times a month looking for things to put in my new apartment. I usually buy things and the quality is definitely there in the merchandise they carry. The people that work there are the best and the customer service is excellent. Was here a couple weeks ago to buy an end table to go between a couple chairs we had ordered. I bought the table but when the chairs were delivered, it didn't look quite right so we returned the table and they took it back, no questions asked & put the credit back on the debit card. We looked at other tables but just didn't find exactly what we were looking for even tho they had a good selection. So it's back out again, shopping somewhere else. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Of course we will go back again bc they have all kinds of everything you can imagine for your home! Seriously, this is my new favorite store! The place is huge and stocked full of every kind of home goods you could ever need. From seasonal to outdoor to indoor to on the door, this place rocks! I usually spend at least an hour in the store and get inspiration for all kinds of home projects. It's not too expensive either, so you don't leave feeling guilty. They have a huge variety of pictures, frames, and mirrors - which I love! Even if you are not planning to buy something specific for your home, I highly recommend just checking it out. This is my favorite decor spot. Huge selection and they normally have exactly what I need. They aren't the cheapest but you can get lucky with a sale. My main critique are the stickers on the clearance items. They don't peel easily and can ruin an otherwise perfect item. There's a huge sticker wrapped around my table leg. A huge pain to get off.
