With the money that you're gonna spend, it's better off to go to the podiatrist to get the fixed permanent instead of a quick fix.

I have been to this location 3 times. I purchased their products, costing $1,500. After a couple of weeks I wasn't getting relief so I tried to return them. They told me I had to get them adjusted and couldn't return them till December 30th. I attempted their inserts till the return date. I still didn't get the relief I needed. After driving 45min to there location i was told only a manager can make a return! Justin the salesman is full of smiles but unable to do return! Manger James was contacted, still refused to approve return. When asked for another location for return, Justin did advise me you can only return at store of purchase. I did thank him for saving me a trip driving elsewhere. This product may work well for some people. But not for me. They push the fact that you can return the product when they sell it to you. They give you a deadline to return them also. But the bottom line is they make it very difficult to return and attempt to talk you into adjustments in hopes you go past your return date. Go to a reputable Podiatrist and get inserts made for a fourth of the cost of the product at the good feet store read more

I had a very disappointing experience with The Good Feet Store. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of transparency around pricing. The cost of the inserts was not clearly discussed until much later in the process, which made it difficult to make a fully informed decision upfront. I followed the guidance I was given in-store. An associate told me that Step 1 and Step 2 were the most important, and I was honest about not consistently using Step 3. After my most recent adjustment, I was told that if the inserts still didn't work for me, I could come back and discuss a return with the manager. As the paper has said after 60 days, but within 90 days. And after two adjustments of wearing them. I do want to say, I wish I remembered the gentleman's name, but the associate on the sales floor who helped me with all the adjustments, etc. was extremely nice and was fantastic. This review is mostly pointed towards the store manager and the process in general. When I returned, the experience was completely different. The manager was passive aggressive and accused me of not wearing the inserts properly, implying that I was being dishonest. This was especially frustrating because I have time-stamped messages over the past couple of months documenting my discomfort and ongoing issues. Not to mention, I had already discussed not wearing step three due to not wearing house slippers and the associate on the floor having said that it was okay because most important was step one and step two. Which that was also discussed at the point where he had said I could come in for the return. Only thing said was the manager had to process it. I was also told that my concerns--including the cost and the fact that they were not working for me--were not a valid reason for a return, and that I should instead contact the company I financed through regarding the payments. That response felt dismissive and unhelpful... especially when having been told I could get a refund. I will be honest that I became frustrated during this interaction and did use inappropriate language at one point. However, given the circumstances with being accused of lying and the $1,800 purchase, I believe that level of frustration was understandable. Nothing was necessarily aggression towards the store manager , but more so the situation in general. Outside of that moment, I remained respectful and was simply trying to resolve the situation. I even said how I'm sure the product may be fantastic for other people,however for me it really truly was just not working, especially with the tendinitis in my right foot that I had in the very beginning. For a company that charges such high prices, I expected transparency, professionalism, and support. Instead, I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I would recommend that others make sure they fully understand the pricing, policies, and expectations before purchasing. Thankfully, with me having used Snap Finance, with their agreement, you are allowed to ship in the product if it's in "good condition" and they will terminate the lease. So thankfully that's what I did and everything went smooth from there. read more

I've had my insoles for 10 years. I bought them in another state. I walked in was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable Justin Stephens. Normally sales reps get a bit grumpy when the realize you're not making a purchase and they have act as customer service. Not Justin. You'd think he owned this store by his cheerful demeanor and helpful advice. I hope the store owner knows how valuable this employee is. read more

Several weeks ago, I went into the Brandon Good Feet Store as I'd heard all the ads on the radio, etc. The salesperson I spoke with right away told me that the inserts start in the high $400 range. I thought about it and went in several weeks after that. The first salesperson seemed very nice and was helping me when all of a sudden, James came into the room and took over the sale. Because I have been a sales trainer, I thought to myself that there was probably commission involved. Not sure about that, but that's what I thought. After about an hour of imprinting a copy of my feet on a paper (which didn't look that bad after seeing the example I was shown of proper alignment), I was given several inserts to try on with a pair of shoes that thankfully I didn't buy. After about an hour, I was taken to the cash register, gave my credit card, and then James ran it and handed me the bill of over $1,500. I should have said, "no thanks" and left but the hype was overwhelming about how great the inserts would be. You walk out with three sets of plastic inserts: one that you can only wear with sneakers, one for regular shoes, and one set for just at home. First of all, I found it to be inconvenient to constantly change the inserts all the time. Less than two weeks after I purchased the inserts, I wore a pair of my best and expensive sandals to Sarasota on a very hot day. The inserts were slipping around and coming off the heel, and I found it hard to walk. When I got back home, I realized one of the inserts was missing. I looked through the car, everywhere and could not find the one missing. Today I called the Brandon store and James answered. He was curt in explaining that the "Life Time Warranty" included everything else but did not include loss of an insert. I was completely honest and told him what happened, so I wasn't surprised at his response that it was my fault after all and that I should have put the velcro inserts on my expensive shoes to keep the inserts in place. He said the inserts were not the problem as they should fit every single shoe. But he would give me a break and replace it for another $250. I did say "no thanks" this time. He was well within his right telling me it was my fault, but he had made the sale already and customer service was no longer his priority. I told him I was going to right a review about his customer service and that I owned a company that taught sales, customer service, management training. He would not have passed my course. One final thing, after I told him truthfully everything that happened, James, who said he is the manager of the Brandon store, was rude enough to admonish me to "tell the truth". Well, James, I have. Decided to give The Good Feet Store a shot as an alternative to my custom orthotics. I visited the store in Brandon and was assisted by Justin. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very professional. He thoroughly explained their arch support system to me and the benefit of each item. Trust me when I say, JUSTIN KNOWS HIS STUFF! Talk about sticker shock when they finally told me the price at the register. That's right they won't talk price until you get to the register. Hmmmmm. $1,330 ----- yep, that's right, one thousand three hundred and thirty dollars. Here's what you get for $1,330 A set of three inserts for your shoes. $1,200 A pair with f house slippers $55 Toe inserts. $75 No I didn't buy them. I went to talk to my physical therapist and podiatrist. They scanned my feet, took xrays, did a ctscan, made a custom set of inserts, and it was all covered under insurance. Fortunately I have good insurance so the total bill to me was $40. Update: Although I appreciate the response from the owner, I was only given one option. Perhaps they decide what your budget is while performing their evaluation. read more

I left my cell number for them to call as well in the messages that was sent through their website on the corporate page, and NOTHING.... Husbands foot is not getting better, we go back to the podiatrist this week to see what needs to be done. This was all caused by these inserts. Over all not bad the inserts seem to be helping. It's a pain to have to switch out the 3 step system throughout the day and having to carry them around with me. We had a free consultation and fitting with Connie. She was very attentive to helping me find the areas I need support and explained the timeline and benefits for each step. She mentioned the products are a lifetime warranty but did not go into detail about what the warranty included or if there were any behind the scenes cost. The main reason for the 3-4 stars is due to the price. As a salesperson I believe informing the client about the cost of the entire system before ringing everything up at the register. I was shocked to find out $1,197 was my total. They don't tell you before you purchase the system that there is no refunds only exchanges I only found this out after reviewing the receipt. I would recommend asking for a price quote before trying any of the products they test you with. read more

Don't waste your money. I went there 5 months ago for help with foot pain. The inserts that I was using would wear out quick and to order more was getting hard. The sales guy told me these were warranted for life, when they wear out after a year bring them back for new ones. I was never told it was 20 dollars for each pair. I had already spent over 1000 dollars for 3 pair. 3 pair of insoles that I had to switch out during the course of my day. The ones they want you to wear the first part of the day started to hurt after a few hours. When I switched to the midday pair the pain moved to a different part of my foot. The last pair I put on felt good with no pain, after working with the 3 pair for a couple months I finally just used the last pair all the time, that made them wear out faster and that's when I was told it's 20 a pair and they want to fix the other 2 that hurt. The sales guy told Me I was past the 90 day adjustment period. I am a over the road trucker so I'm out of town for weeks at a time. You would think that 1000 dollars for 6 pieces of plastic that probably cost 3 bucks to manufacture would get some sympathy, not at this store, it's all about the money, they could give a crap about foot pain. read more

I am rating the store and the sales staff. The salespeople are not the best and are working hard to make the most expensive sale they can. However, I love my orthotics. I went on line to determine exactly what I needed, & told the salesman exactly which orthotic I wanted. He argued a little, told me it was too hard, told me only to wear it for a short time each day through a break-in period & finally sold it to me. I put it in my shoe at the store and have never taken it out since then. It been about 4 yrs now. I went back last year to get orthotics for a pair of sandals. I told him what I wanted, received arguments and bought them anyway. Soon I'm going to buy another pair for my dancing shoes. They will be exactly like my first pair. read more

A total ripoff. High pressure, overpriced and unscientific. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond, stand on the Dr Shools machine. A better more complete test better orthotics at 1/5th the cost. Good Feet will not stand behind their products, have a no return policy. I can't say enough bad things about them. Again the Dr Shools product is much better and you can have 6 pairs as compared to what these jerks charge for one. read more

The sales person was more than happy to take time when selling their very expensive orthotic that was supposed to help with back and hip pain. A week later I returned because the shoes they sold me were too small, or the orthotic made my arches so high they rubbed sores in the tops of my feel. When I returned a week later to find out what could be done they gave me a larger size shoe and a "more aggressive" orthotic insert and dismissed me without even having me try the shoes or the orthotic. Since we all sign that there are to be no refunds, I understood that I could not return them. My expectation was that I would be treated like a new customer and the sales person would take the time to provide the proper fit/fix. His sole purpose on the second visit was to get me out as quickly as possible so he could go on to the next sale, and even showed irritation in doing so. Very disappointing and I continue to suffer with back and hip pain. Don't waste your money - and it is a LOT of money!!!!!! read more

RIP OFF, better throw your money in toilet, at least you save your time . Very high pressure sale and product very expensive and doesn't work , staff very rude after you made the payments.
