She ignored us and didn't say a word and then there was another employee in the next aisle over who looked at her coworker (without acknowledging us) and said "I just mopped in there, it's probably wet." Again neither of them said anything to us for about a minute until I said "so can he use it?" With my son clearly next to me wiggling in distress and this lady who had not said a single word to me or looked in my direction said "well she just said she mopped it and it's wet" I stood there in disbelief for a second and said "so that's a no?" And neither one of them said anything to us. I walked out saying "wow you guys are really weird for that" I actually usually buy all of my shoes from famous footwear but I will never be stepping in this location and probably no other location ever again. They should not be retail employees.

NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

When we got there she asked if I wanted my son to try it on and I'm so glad he did because the sizing for this line of Nike's were a different fit than the ones I normally buy him so we switched it out for a different pair. My only complaint is online they had a pair of shoes marked cheaper than their in store price. I was told they'd price match for me... but I just find it sneaky they advertise a cheaper price online and have store shoppers who didn't look at the shoes online first pay a higher price...
