Honestly, I think 50% of the inventory is doors of some variety, and I wasn't mad it! It is such a cool space to wander around for a bit. We stopped by looking for antique furniture and while they have a few pieces, that is not what this place is about. Even though we didn't find what we were after, it was cool to wander up and down the hallways and through the maze of rooms scoping out the goods...we really loved some of the windows and lights they have hanging around. Some absolutely beautiful, and pricey, finds that I could see absolutely making a space! The staff was pleasant and friendly, she greeted us when we were walking around and again as we were leaving. When I explained what I was looking for I was told "we don't have that" and then she proceeded to turn around and deal with someone else who apparently deserved attention more. I asked another employee where the sinks were located and I was shooed away and told "over there" as she gestured to an entire side of the showroom. Every time I ran into an employee here I was not asked if I needed help, I wasn't even greeted or smiled at - instead I was given a smug "smile" if you could call it that and was asked to move out of the way. I have been to many high end design showrooms with price points much higher than Ferguson and have never been treated like this. I understand that making an appointment is the ideal way of doing business, however there needs to be a way to accommodate customers without treating them like trash. Despite numerous employees, forget anyone helping you because you'll soon discover that all the other customers have "made a reservation." Okay, that's an easy issue to solve in the future. Without a "reservation" we were encouraged to scan QR codes for each display to determine available finishes, prices, and measurements. But not even the most modern phones could scan the world's tiniest QR codes throughout the store. The lighting is odd within the store, so significant that you cannot clearly determine whether the color or finish you're considering would look appropriate in your bathroom at home. All of their competitor's stores are sufficiently lit. As we looked for a top to our bathroom vanity, we learned Ferguson doesn't sell vanity tops. They only sell the entire vanity. We have seven-foot-long bathroom vanities in all of our bathrooms like everyone else in our neighborhood does. It's not unusual. However, Ferguson's vanities apparently max out at six feet, so this was obviously no use to us. And don't even get us started on how convoluted the Ferguson website is! We ended up designing our two remodeled bathrooms at a different store.

They do run good sale prices that match up with Amazon most of the time, so I have scooped up a few items here instead of hitting up Prime. The only negative to this location is the service, or lack thereof. It's not due to short staffing, it is due to the staff not being helpful, available or interested in assisting. Several times I have had to walk back up to the register to get assistance, and the times where I found an Associate on the floor, she seemed agitated that I needed assistance. 75% of the time, I am greeted when I walk in, but beyond that initial greeting, service is abysmal. My wall had to be repainted which they should have offered to pay for since the installer made marks all over because they sold me long floating shelves that was never installed at that length so had to install different brackets and notch the shelves to fit the brackets. 3times out here to install two shelves and 3 1/2 cabinets. I was set for me and my daughter to follow with full kitchens but we are going elsewhere now. Over $60k worth of lost business, not sure who wants that! The plans were ready to be executed. The cabinets we ended up with are extra custom. We wanted a more modern kitchen than I expect is very common in Nashville (several cabinetry companies our contractor typically works with could only give us Shaker cabinets, which isn't what we wanted), but Builder Supply Source had flat panel cabinets, which is the modern look we wanted. When they didn't have the exact stain color we wanted, they worked with us to create some samples based on some Pinterest/Houzz pictures I sent over. A few days after I sent the photos over, we had four samples at our house. We really liked three of them, narrowed it down to two, and finally picked one. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with us to get the color just right! We had a few little issues (one small panel of wood came slightly scratched up), but Builder Supply Source took care of everything. We worked with Will, who was great from our first meeting with him (we were in his office for about an hour talking about options and coming up with the best cabinet layout). And - at the end of the project - we're just in love with our cabinets (as well as with the hardware we ordered through Builder Supply Source). They were great to work with and the final product is exactly what we wanted. I don't think we would have ended up with the kitchen we had in our minds if it weren't for Builder Supply Source!

It's an extremely professional group of people, from design, to project management, to individually skilled craftsmen. If the electrician was due on Monday, he or she arrived promptly on Monday. Each worker was polite, courteous, considerate, and did their part of the project efficiently. The project manager answered my questions promptly, and since it was my first experience, I had a lot of questions. The end product is a beautiful and functional kitchen. Major let down! TERRIBLE communication. First off, let me…read moresay we are still in the middle of the challenges with this company. From the start, it was a solid good experience. Jason (Design and Salesman) was a pleasure talking with and there was no sales pressure at all. He was happy to help all we needed and made adjustments as necessary. Then, we signed and ordered. We had hoped on two weeks from ordering to completion. Jason let us know it would be about three weeks and we were ok with that. We needed SPEED though as we had a house we moved into that had major hidden water damage. Cabinets had to be removed immediately and I did that myself. With everything else I was working on, we decided to have them install. THEIR contracted installer came out to verify measurements. SPACING was measured as part of the install. The install was $2300 Cabinets were $5000. This should have been a major red flag as when he arrived, none of the drawings he was referencing were correct. I had to supply him with the updated plans agreed upon at the Laverne store. We had issues and corrections to the order had to be made. Spacing was and is STILL off, as shown in the photos. This is where the issues began. Jason told me I needed to call the installers for install time frame and to communicate with them. He couldn't help at this point. He gave me the installers phone number and I spoke with Olga. We waited the three weeks and followed up with a phone call. Still no cabinets had arrived at the installers location. So, we waited another week, now four and learned they'd arrived. As they assembled the cabinets at their site, many pieces were damaged- but no one told me... Rather, still waiting I started getting emails from Cabinets to Go's Customer Service. Trying to figure out what was going on, I replied to the emails and CC'd everyone, including the installer. I was told this is how they handled issues like this and replacement parts were being ordered. Fast forward 3 more weeks and I call the installer and find out all our parts are BACKORDERED at least 90-120 days! In the meantime, Corey from the installers company did a great job hanging our cabinets, per the specification at Cabinets-to-Go, but many parts were not ordered correctly! Several key pieces were not accounted for- cover panels were not accounted for and again....on backorder. Spacing needed to be adjusted around our fridge too as drawers were hitting the range. Measurements were not correct. The fridge and range are too tight and spacing needs to be adjusted. Damage is occurring and reading the warranty info, damages caused by IMPROPER install are not covered! We were supposed to have had the island set up to house our microwave. None of those parts were sent to the installers. That is still not fixed. At this point in time, writing this on 10-28-2021, none of the adjustments have been made. We are waiting for parts to come in...someday. The installer is probably not happy with Cabinets-to-Go as they are forced to return to job sites over and over. We don't have our cabinets completed, the installer won't come back out to fix the spacing on the range and fridge. We can't finish our kitchen backsplash. Phone calls go nowhere, emails and complaints are answered with- "I'll forward your concerns". No one will talk to us... Corporate Customer Service is useless and tells us only they will "escalate the matter". Still, no one will talk to us. FULL PAYMENT has been made to Cabinets-to-Go and there is NO COMPLETION date in sight. If backorder info is correct, we are looking at January next year! Order placed and finalized August 30. Initial Install was Sept. 23rd. at four weeks from order- acceptable. Still no word on backordered pieces; One complete cabinet, several doors, valance panels, etc. Install is incomplete and without adjustments the fridge cabinet will be damaged and the cabinets will be damaged from the fridge. Cabinet doors are not aligned either. One hits the fridge on the corner each time it is opened and closed. The island microwave area is going to stay this way as we gave up asking for it to be fixed.
