I found out that this person was no longer working there but I still went back for another session. This new person changed the settings and told me to tell them how it is the next time. I didn't notice much results. Then I try to schedule another session and learned that they are only doing laser hair removal on Wednesdays. I couldn't go and had to pause. I eventually called and learned that they have someone full time. I scheduled an appt and went back. It was another new person. I guess she got double booked and was trying to rush me. She even started the laser session without giving me the goggles. Again, she messed with the settings. Not only that, but as I'm going to pay, I learned that the price doubled! I haven't returned since and will probably look to start a new experience elsewhere. Just sucks the money I wasted in this place.
