Had my first HydraFacial yesterday with Lexi. It was so luxurious & relaxing. She communicated w me throughout a vigorous step by step process. I saw a friend after her hydrating facial and she was glowing!! She said Aesthera was one of the only places in the area offering this type of facial. It has no down time and no adverse side effects. I had to give it a try! I was delighted to find out that Shonra, NP, whom I had worked with in years past, had opened a new clinic and I made an appointment! Shonra is the epitome of poise, but she is also down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, professional, and warm. She explained each step in the process and it was easy and painless. We caught each other up on each other's lives and current events as she worked. Using a vacuum-tip, she went around my face and sucked the gunk out of every pore. Then they replenish each pore with hydrating serum. I came out all scrubbed and shiny. For best results, they suggest two facials about a month or two apart (what my friend had done). My husband gifted me with an appointment, after my many "hints" of wanting to try Aesthera. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a VIBE. The office aesthetic, the genuine smiles and the demeanor from the staff, made for an amazing first impression. I had a consultation with Angie. Angie was phenomenal! Incredible Service & Expertise! I had Virtual Skincare Consultation with Terralyn Reid, you will love working with her! I have always used good quality skincare, but recently I have been wanting to upgrade my routine to a "medical grade" products.  Even though I invested a lot of $$ in my existing routine I felt I wasn't getting quite the results I wanted. As I get older I am of course seeing more wear and tear on my skin. I was concerned that my existing skincare routine was not doing enough to combat aging and keep my skin in as good of condition as possible.  I was very excited to work with Terralyn because looking into medical grade skincare on my own was too overwhelming! There are so many different options,  I didn't want to pick the wrong products or use them in the wrong combination, so I decided to schedule a Virtual Consultation with Terralyn.  Terralyn was so easy to work with. She got back to me immediately after I reached out to schedule a consultation, she offered me multiple options for time slots and we were able to set an appointment very quickly.   I sent Terralyn a list of my concerns, along with notes on my current skincare routine. During our consultation Terralyn very thoroughly reviewed my concerns about my skin and what results I was hoping to see with a new regimen. She asked insightful questions about my priorities.  We reviewed my current products and discussed the pros and cons of incorporating those into a new routine vs. starting from scratch. She recommended a foundational routine that would deliver the results I was looking for,  as well as walked me through options for additional products that could be incorporated to enhance results or to consider once I had run out of my previous product.  She gave me the option of starting with a smaller "travel size" kit to see how I liked my results which I really appreciated. Terralyn is a great listener and a true expert. You can tell that she really cares about the patient, not "the sale." My products arrived very quickly (they had to be shipped since I am too far for local delivery), and as promised Terralyn included thorough step by step instructions. Her instructions make the regimen easy to understand and easy to follow! I have five easy steps to follow in the morning, and four easy steps to follow in the evening. I also feel good knowing I can follow up with her if any questions come up!
