I was very taken back when he asked me to give Laura a tip. In all of my years , I have never had anyone ask me to give someone a tip. Not to mention, that owners of companies never ask for a tip. My husband has owned his own business for over 40 years. As an owner you give a price. Another one that should be able to rate ZERO stars. When you're scheduling a massage it should not increase your stress. Process was so difficult from the start, not to mention the $15 required booking fee. The owner of the phone # associated with the business was texting me and refused to answer the phone I knew was in her hand. So frustrating. I finally agree to the booking fee as it can be applied to my tip and schedule an appointment online as apparently they can't conduct business on the phone or offer even basic customer service. So, I arrive at my appointment 5 minutes before the scheduled time and the door is locked. So, I ring the Ring doorbell. Repeatedly. They know there is a customer standing at the door. Then I text the number with no reply. Then I call, knowing they would not answer. Then I get an automated text informing me that my appointment had been changed to Sunday at 5pm. This is 5 minutes AFTER my massage was supposed to begin. Totally unprofessional. If this is how they conduct business I don't care how great the massage might be. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst massage experience I've ever had. I walked in and it was only me and one other guy. I was super uncomfortable and asked him to work on my neck which was a problem area for me. I left feeling more stressed and violated then I felt when I came. My neck had 0 relief. AND AS IF IT COULDN'T GET WORSE, he burps. I know it sounds like a sick joke, but this guy was giving me serial killer vibes. I am disgusted to say the very least. I also feel very violated.
