Unfortunately, the tenant that recently vacated left the place is horrible conditions. Needless to say, it was left nothing like how they moved in. Long story short, I needed to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the condo. I came across this company on Yelp and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The move in/out service and a carpet clean was priced at nearly $400. I hired them anyway because the place was in desperate need of cleaning. It was very disappointing to say that it was nothing spectacular and even I could have done a much better job at cleaning the condo. Anyway, during the clean their carpet cleaner broke so they could not finish the job. They did agree to finish the job the following day and were paid in full when the job was complete. My mother ended up having to clean the place in addition to the services we hired for, which was what I was trying to avoid, as she is much older now. The company did communicate quickly and did respond in a very prompt manner. However, it was definitely not worth the money spent for the services rendered. The condo is finally up to renting standards; however, will not use this company again nor would I recommend them.

One of the glass shower doors was caked in soap scum and lime from the previous owners, and I never though it would be clear- when I came home, the glass looked brand new. Not only did she do an amazing job, she was able to schedule me in right away, as well as be flexible with my current needs for services, according to when I have renters. After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

They did the work well and I am satisfied with that but I was unhappy that she charged me $200 because it was an office and didn't bother to call when she decided to change the price.
