After swapping soccer stories and enjoying their delicious pizzas, we left very content and happy. 30 minutes later, and halfway back to camp, I realized I left my backpack! Unfortunately, I returned to a closed restaurant but noticed a kind note taped to the front door with his number. I called and Pat went out of his way to deliver the backpack to me. His wife even offered for us to stay on their property so we wouldn't have to drive the hour back to camp! Simply great, caring people. Thank you for your kindness and humanity!
