We have a home warranty with the purchase of a "new to us" home. We submitted a claim to have our spa looked at... George was very quick to call initially... He showed up the first time. Our spa is old and he didn't have the right tools to try to even determine what was wrong. Scheduled for the next week... It was raining... he didn't bother to call to say he wouldn't be coming. We called him and he said maybe Thursday/Friday. My husband stayed home from work and George no showed. We called him and he said he'd come the next Tuesday. He actually showed up but still couldn't fix the issue. ... circa one month later. We've received a call from another service company. Unbeknownst to us, George asked to be transferred off our account. I find his communication skills very lacking and unprofessional. He has no respect for our time and the changes we made to our schedule to be home. I feel the courteous action would have been for him to call us and admit he was not the right guy to fix our spa's issue. I would never recommend George. read more

Was trying to get someone to do our above pool liner. I was down to the last straw and owner said to send him pictures to see if they could do. After I sent pictures....crickets. Sent two text messages to see if they could do and never heard a word from them. It would have been nice for him to at least acknowledge and say he couldn't do but never received response. read more

Unlike other companies who just give quotes without seeing what needs to be done. I know this company stills needs to prove itself service wise. George left the impression that no matter what the issue he has seen it before and would take care of the issue. He showed up as scheduled and soon had the new pump going. George is a honest guy who goes above and beyond to serve his customers. In my case, I requested an estimate and he was prompt meeting me at the property on Saturday morning. Very few pool companies would come out on the weekend. George not only made a special trip out from Roseville to meet me in Sacramento, he also made several additional trips back to my property with my permission to thoroughly evaluate the pool equipments and ensure his estimate was accurate. And he went out of his way to find the right pump and booster to meet my budget. George has a big, friendly smile on his face, very knowledgeable about pools, and he was very responsive answering my questions. He is someone you can trust with your pool service needs.
