I thoroughly researched businesses on Google and Yelp and decided on Rustic Pools. After leaving a message asking for help... Steven came out promptly to determine if I needed to support the sides of my pool as it quickly emptied (so it wouldn't cave in.) After I accepted the reasonable estimate, he and Koby started draining the pool and preparing for a new liner. This business is top notch, and I wish I would've called sooner. Steven was professional and timely. He provided a reasonable price for replacing the vinyl liner on my pool, and he updated my pool stairs from 2 awkwardly designed and dangerous steps to 3 easy and comfortable steps. He had a variety of liner options and designs available and explained everything clearly from the different thicknesses and pricing to the order and shipping time. I'm back to enjoying my pool and it's great! Don't hesitate to call and get your liner replaced because 1) Phone quotes. Steven provided an approximate price for the job over the phone with the condition that it might change once he came to measure the pool in person along with determining what preparation was required. In my opinion, this is reasonable and pretty much customary for the contractors I've dealt with post COVID, and the phone quote wasn't far off from the final price, which changed only because of the options I chose. 2) if you're new to pool ownership, as I was, you'll learn that draining and filling a pool takes 1 or more days. Expecting a contractor to stick around while your pool fills would be like asking painters to stick around while paint dries. Additionally, it was refreshing that Steven didn't try to sell me a $100k pool remodel like 3 other contractors I called, two of which refused to come and measure if I wasn't ready to spend $90k. LOVE Steve and his team! We had a VERY unexpected tear in our pool liner and we had guests arriving in just a couple of days to stay during the summer. We were panicked until we got in contact with Steve. He drove way out of his way on the same day to come patch the tear. Rustic Pools installed our liner and during installation they left for two hours. They had us, homeowners, take care of pool while it was being filled with water from the water trucks. Also, the pool light we purchased from them failed in two weeks and they would not guarantee the light. They don't care about customers, only making money now. read more

Don't use this company! Since son took over it has really gone downhill. Had an Insurance claim and went with Rustic Pools. In the process of installing a new liner, they chose to cut the cord to my light in order to install new liner. They never installed the new light and left the job unfinished. This past week the pool developed a leak and I called them and their tech came out and after a little over 1 hour of using their equipment and dyes the leak was found.
