Our house featured above ground power lines that came close to the oak tree in the front yard, and they handled this well to ensure nothing happened to our connection. The tree in the back and subsequent stump grinding was done well. Mr. Freeman is great!! He was our God sent angel to help us during our harsh tree situation. He did so much for us from the beginning of our situation until the removal of our last worrisome tree.. Mr Freeman personally guided us through the claim process with our insurance company. He did the job promptly and got it done right!! He cared deeply about us and responded to our calls and texts promptly. On Wednesday 2/24, one of the trees in our backyard fell on our house right after the storm. Thank God nobody was injured and we were all just scared as the tree came crashing down to the house. Our little kids came running towards us crying in fear. We held them in our arms and comforted them. There was glass everywhere on the floor since the tree hit the wall cabinet, and everything inside got knocked to the floor and crashed into a hundred pieces... The ceiling upstairs got some holes in it as branches landed on the roof. There was one hole in the siding as we could clearly see.. I called up Mr Freeman who was referred by one of my friends. She told me that Mr. Freeman did a great job for her tree work. I called around 7pm, and Mr Freeman came to my place a bit after 8pm. I was amazed at how soon he arrived, especially since he was 30 plus miles away from my house. Mr. Freeman came by himself with all the needed gears and tools. He quickly climbed on the roof and saw all the roof damage. He got everything ready before heading back onto the roof again. His action was so fast that I could not keep track of where he was. Before we all realized what happened, he had already covered all the holes with blue tarp, including the holes on the roof and the holes in the siding. He made sure everything was taken care of, and even checked on the falling branches to make sure they were not moving anywhere when the wind blew again. He showed us the pictures he had taken before and after while he was on our roof. He packed up his gears and tools and called it a day. Wow, what a great professional job! The following day, Thursday 2/25, Mr Freeman's crew came early in the morning with 2 vehicles and 4 gentlemen. They were wasting no time and quickly took care of the tree debris and remainder of the tree which was still standing. They hand carried all the tree debris out because my backyard was very hard to access with a machine. They all looked like professionally trained tree men. It only took them less than 1 hour to clean up my backyard to the way it was before the storm. We still had a tall tree that needed to be cut down when heavy rain hit again on the evening of Tuesday 3/1. We were all praying to God for the trees to stand tall and for none of them to fall and damage the house. We could not sleep well that night until the storm stopped.... In the morning of 3/2, Mr Freeman checked on us to see if everything was ok with the tree. We told him that God had mercy on us and let the tree stand tall. Around 5:20pm, Mr. Freeman and his operation manager came to our place. Mr. Freeman got ready with all his gears and tools and put on his climbing shoes, braces, etc. He climbed on the tree like he was walking on steps. One step after another step... he climbed almost to the top of the tree in no time. As he went up, he cut down all the branches on his way. The tree was very tall, but Mr Freeman handled it with ease. His co-worker, on the other hand, was just observing and making sure all the ground was clear. Mr. Freeman was very knowledgeable about the tree and knew exactly what to do next... After about 20 minutes, my tall standing tree was down to the ground and was cut into pieces...Bravo!!!
