My bad experience: I recently purchased a new vehicle and brought the vehicle home at 9pm. The following morning I discovered that my car had been towed for not having a permit. I understand needing a permit as it was in the lease but my anger comes from the fact that I did not have the opportunity to go to the office to receive a permit the following morning. After paying $250 to my new vehicle out of the compound they added insult to injury by charging $5 for a new permit. The office was unsympathetic and made a condescending remark about reviewing the lease.

Then when in said pool it is disgusting. We personally had to net out multiple bugs (around 30-40) from the hot tub just to hang out in there comfortably . THEN after leaving knowing we did not leave any trash we are blamed for not cleaning up after ourselves and leaving "candy wrapper and goldfish" and cannot use the key for another month which in august is one of the best times to go. Simply because the front office is too lazy to clean up mandatory messes in their pool but are quick to cancel your ability to get it over at most maybe a handful of goldfish because we did not even eat any candy when we went. Will not be renewing my contract this year

We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court.
