The week we stayed was very rainy so we didn't spend too much time on the porch but honestly everything was so cozy inside with huge views so we felt like it was perfect anyway. I get that, but an immediate phone call back would have been appreciated.

We have just departed from four amazing days in The Barn. This place is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. A perfect place to unwind and get away for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The barn has a loft bedroom, a private indoor hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. The bed, in particular, was a dreamy experience with the biggest mattress topper we have ever encountered. There is a separate billiard room with a big screen TV. When we arrived, there was super relaxing music playing and a mister with essential oils creating the perfect, soothing scent. The Barn is the last cabin after two gorgeous, spring-fed ponds which made for a quiet, secluded experience. We will absolutely be back again and again to try all of their cabins in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

All the treehouses are sufficiently spaced to provide privacy and seclusion, all with beautiful views of the surrounding wooded area. Most of us have had the experience of scouting online for accommodations, looking at the pictures, and then finding that those pictures were taken upon first opening -- and nothing's been updated or kept up since. Not the case with the Enchanted Treehouses! Tina and Keith obviously take great pride in their treehouses. We stayed in Briar Rose, which opened in 2016; it looks nearly as good as the day it opened. It is beautifully appointed with a soothing beach theme. Hubby particularly liked the hanging chair, while I liked sitting on the back porch hearing nothing but the sounds of nature. We cooked several meals in the wonderfully supplied kitchen and used the gas grill (immaculately clean!), obtaining all our supplies at the local grocery store, Hart's Family Center. (Don't underestimate Hart's! If they don't have it, you likely don't need it.) Tina phoned while we were still on our way to Eureka Springs to do our check-in and provide us with the security gate code. She made herself available to us as much or as little as we wished. We wanted privacy and seclusion, and Tina was a fabulous, unobtrusive host. We knew we could phone her for anything we needed.

We quickly tried to book on AirBnB and didn't find a place we liked. We ended up on Booking.com and found this little gem. The treehouses are very quaint. They are a nice cross between old school Victorian styling with modern amenities like deep tubs with jets, very comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and comfortable patio furniture. The unit we're in is small-ish, but a perfect size for us. Though the breakfast is up at the main lodge, it's a quick drive, or a longish uphill walk for those who like some exercise in the morning. The breakfast was very tasty. We walked into town in about 10-15 minutes. It's uphill a little bit, but it's a gradual grade. At night it was very quiet. We slept amazing. A special shout out to Pat who helped us get into the proper unit. The online booking was wrong, but she straightened us out immediately and got us into a unit more appropriate for us and our 2.5 year old (Unit #6). We did get to checkout one of the smaller units and though too small for our family, would be a great little retreat for a couple. It's pretty obvious these are the Treehouses when driving by, but it'd be nice if there was an easier to see sign out front. Especially when approaching from the north. Pat gave me great directions, so we found them pretty easily. The "second-chance-bridge" into the property wasn't open, but it was easy to turn around and take the bridge on Main St.

They have treehouses, castles, caves/hobbit holes and Harry Potter themed rooms. All are separate and detached from each other - behind a gate. We stayed in a hobbit hole (you go down concrete steps - built into the earth) It had a king-sized bed, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, couch with ottoman, jacuzzi tub, outside sitting area, large closet, and a view out to the woods (below the higher ground level) on the only side of the 4 "walls" that's not totally underground - where we saw a deer. Very relaxing and romantic place that is a short drive to the Eureka Springs attractions. It is enough off route 62 that you truly feel remote - it was quiet.

They have a very small "coat closet". No stove or dishwasher. They have a deck and it is a shared deck, their is another rental below the 1 room rental above. The tenants below must walk through the deck to get below. The deck has chairs and a table, however they have carpenter bees that leave saw dust on the table constantly. It's ok if you are spending 1 night max. Frankly, not as pictured or really described. We spent 5 nights not worth the money. Minimal amenities no iron,no ironing board,few dishes very small bathroom. So, if your looking for a one nighter then I would say ok. The AC unit is loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. They have no couch 1 small chair in the "bedroom" and 2 table chairs behind the vanity. Poorly set up. We will not rent again. Pictures on sight are deceptive. Here are some pictures we took.

Last night, there was a party with a live band (particularly terrible drummer BTW) right under our room until after midnight. It was so loud in our room that we couldn't watch a movie, talk to each other, or sleep. We could only put in earplugs and wait for it to be over. I could still hear all the lyrics through the earplugs, that's how loud it was. We are leaving a day early, even though we have already paid for tonight's room, because last night was so miserable. The hotel has effectively made this first floor room unusable on nights when the club right under it is open (W-Sa), and we were certainly not informed when we booked at their full price rate that this VERY LOUD party would be happening basically IN OUR ROOM UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT. Just ridiculous. I would not book the New Orleans Hotel first-floor suite again and would not recommend it to anyone else. As far as what the hotel should do to improve this problem: do not rent this suite out on nights when you are having loud parties right under it, and refund my money for this unusable hotel room.
