For a first time visit, the store can be overwhelming but once you walk around once or twice you'll see that there's a method to the madness and it's actually pretty well organized. If you get totally lost, there's usually a staff member available to help and they're pretty friendly. See a wig you like? They'll actually help you try it on (they actually prefer that you don't do it yourself).
