If Licensed Home Improvement is only looking for big fish projects or too busy to take any new project, they should mention it explicitly and not make waste time to people. Still, I was able to test the quality of the work on a small wood fencing project and result was average. The people he hired for the job did not know that some smart guys invented sanders so touching the top of the wood fence could hurt your fingers. Also the guys he hired thought I was stupid enough to not see they only put one coat of stain so I had to ask them to put a second coat which they did. Shady practice in my opinion. If you wanna waste your time and get average work done on your property, then you can give a try.

They were good with cleaning up at the end of the day (everyday). They went beyond what I thought needed/had to get repaired and fixed; great job overall. The staff was always diligent, on time, professional, kind, very nice to work with and easy to communicate details as required. Description of Work: They did my roofing. A complete overhaul. They had to replace some a lot of damaged plywood underneath due to termite damages, some of the wood and tiles.

He completed an ADU and JADU 3 months after the plans were approved here in Glendora. He completed an ADU in La Verne in two months. Both the ADUs were detach garage conversions and I don't know anyone else completed the work in a shorter time.
