The draft they sent back looked perfect, so I gave the go-ahead. However, when I received the actual product, the color was blatantly orange, not red. Upon contacting them to rectify the issue, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to acknowledge the mistake. I was told that it's just how vinyl printing works, which was neither helpful nor satisfactory. Very disappointing service, especially considering the high reviews they had. Their prices were average, but now I completely wasted over $500, which is a lot of money when you're running a small business. Also beware, I went to their physical office in SSF as listen on Yelp, and it is another company (window tinting). Seems a little shady to me.
