If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

They have some knitted sample pieces for inspiration and examples of what a yarn would look like knitted up. The lady at the shop is so warm, friendly and helpful. The store even has a small seating area, for knitting get togethers, and also a patio in the back. It's a relaxing area to knit on a nice day. I've never had any difficulty finding parking in the area.

I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I went into the shop to check out the shirts and he was so knowledgeable and was patient while I even tried a couple of things on so I could get the sizing right. This is my go-to silkscreen printing shop for sure. There really isn't any point checking out other shops.

I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. The team member who worked our party was so patient and friendly with all the kids. The kids loved that they could pick out their own piece to paint. Everyone did a great job painting and had a lot of fun. My daughter ended up getting a birthday plate with her handprint and all her guests' fingerprints. It was such a nice memento! I came in 30 minutes later to help figure out why the price was so high, and then they re-quoted $1,200 for three items. In less than an hour the quote went UP by 20% for 25% FEWER items. And to boot, the assistant manager REFUSED to give us an actual quote for any of this, just some non sensical chicken scratches on a piece of scrap paper.
