He showed up on time despite an incoming storm. He provided a digital copy of the full report, complete with photos and clear indications of what repairs were recommended. Some things that I appreciated: - Schedule: The closing is expedited and he was able to schedule me in quickly. He delivered his report within 24 hours. I had a few questions and he made himself available to answer them the next day at a time of my choosing. - Quality: I am no expert but his inspection seemed thorough and he clearly knows what he is doing. - Clarity: I have never before owned an actual standalone house and I'm a white collar guy who is not savvy in construction or maintenance.
