The web site is terrible. I want to be able to easily order for pickup. Delivery options should be easy to find.

When dining in, you order at the counter, get a number, and they bring your food to the table. Breakfast items are available until 4 p.m., and after that they serve salads, bowls, and sandwiches. On my first visit, I had a hot chai latte with espresso and it was absolutely delicious. The second time, I tried the iced pumpkin spice latte and didn't love it. The pumpkin spice syrup is homemade, which is nice, but the flavor fell a little flat and the large glass was mostly milk, which overpowered the drink. For food, I've tried the egg sandwich simple but good. The spinach feta croissant was heavy on the spinach, light on the cheese, and even though I asked for it warmed up, it was still cold in the middle. Their bowls are very fresh, but I found them a little under-seasoned and could've used more dressing or a sprinkle of seasoning to tie everything together. Overall, it's a cozy spot with an inviting vibe (I love their "stay awhile" sign on the wall). I think it really depends on what you order and your personal taste. For some, the fresh and lighter options might be perfect. For me, a little more flavor and balance would make it great.

A great coffee shop and breakfast option!…read more The restaurant is big for a coffee shop. With free wifi, lots of people like to work or meet here. The staff are friendly and helpful. In warmer weather, they open the large windows, and it's quite a nice atmosphere. Came for coffee, but was blown away by their breakfast plates. They have a small selection of beautiful pastries on display too. Their Omelette plates are made with fresh ingredients, well-seasoned home fries, and fresh bagels.

Based on my latest dine-in visit with a friend, I can definitely say that it's a hit or miss experience here. There's a lot of staff turnover, so that obviously dictates the uncertain nature of the customer service on most occasions. The new staff at the counter today took my order for a discounted item per the survey code on my receipt, and of course had to go to the supervisor to find out how to process it. First attempt, this one is after 30 days. (I've used these many, many times, and the staff who know what to do with it usually don't worry about calculating back to the 30 day date.) OK, sure, here's a recent receipt. She goes the second time to the supervisor, and comes back saying it's not a JH code. Huh? Wth is that? You wanted a recent one and you got it. For the third time, she goes back to her supervisor, who now decides ok we can accept it. Um ya, Idk why this supervisor is determined not to honour their own survey discount, ever. Well guess what, I ask for my receipt so that I can do my survey again, and the staff went back a fourth time, because the receipt didn't have the survey request code. I really appreciated that. She returned with another one I could use. I hope this staff stays. Like most Tims, it's usually busy, so the selection isn't reliable. On most occasions, they don't keep up at all for food choices. My beverage ($1 large iced coffee) was fine, but the $5 latte my friend had was barely lukewarm, and she had to ask for a hot one. The bathroom is usually clean, and I almost always see cleaning staff in the dining room, which isn't the case at other locations. There's an easily accessible private lot, but the drive-thru lineup is often horrendous and impedes traffic flow. Not the best location, but generally acceptable. It's my hood so I continue to take my chances.

Honestly not sure what the issue with this Tims is in the past, but our drive thru experience was…read moreperfectly fine. They had the item we wanted and fulfilled it in a timely manner. The line went by pretty quickly as well. And the staff member we spoke to was very nice.
