We agreed on a meeting time and then he called back to let me know he could meet me sooner which was great! We agreed on the price ( which I thought was very reasonable) and set up a time to do the work. I let him know I was in the process of having to go through some medical tests and the sooner I could have the work done the better. Although he was busy he said he would see what he could do. His men came two days later, Great!! I spent most of the day observing the process and even had them remove an additional tree. They were more than happy to do so. THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONAL! everything was cleaned up neat and tidy when they were finished. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for now on. Great job!

Without contacting us, they brought in big equipment into our yard leaving big ruts. They made a mess in our driveway and never cleaned it up. They also moved , and used, our trash can, which was in our car port and not, in any way, in their way. They rolled over a metal hose guide destroying that and damaged another decorative item which had travelled in the family from Missouri over one hundred years ago. They moved several other items in our yard. Again, they never asked to use our yard. The neighbor dumped fill dirt into the ruts, so at least they did something positive, but we feel very disrespected by Clemons and will never use them

We had a storm come through and the tree came down. We called but the deposit is non refundable, which we also understood when we signed the contract, but they offered no help whatsoever. We also had to repeatedly tell them on the phone the address and who we were..it seemed as if they weren't ever going to show anyway. Just making you aware of their practices.
