I had another company do it for $250 took 20mins. Generally there's warrantees when you buy palms (or at least they will work with you on giving you discounted trees for the ones that they gave you that died or be accommodating in some means) we bought a few costing in the thousands. All of our palm trees had died that we purchased from them (if I remember correctly, they were $3800 apiece?) My husband just talked to the company and they said they won't replace anything because I left a bad review!!!!!!!!!!! so I guess I'm being black balled literally because I left honest review!!!!! we own several businesses ourselves never would I ever even think of treating a customer in such a unprofessional and honestly resentful way. Like is this guy really trying to take revenge on me for my honest review?! The young lady who greeted us asked about our plant experience and the type of light in our home to make the perfect suggestion. She knew everything about every plant. It's literally a one stop shop for all your needs. When you check out you get a certificate of adoption that includes hand written instructions for care for your plant. Really nice touch.
